Now for the downer. I actually really enjoyed watching House not because of the characters or the story of the characters, but rather because of the theme. I like the fact that it is very medical in nature unlike Grey's Anatomy (apologies for the fans of Grey). Unfortunately, this episode lost it's medical side. Although not completely, the conflict between the characters overshadowed the medical theme of the show. I hope it'll only for the first few episodes coz I can understand that the conflict between House and Wilson must be given importance. But I really hope that the CSI-like approach would still remain.

On the scale of 1-10, 10 as the highest, I think it's 6.5.

I really was expecting more from this first episode of the fourth season. Season 3 was rather dull and I kept waiting for it revert back to it's originality and it's exciting pace.

Although by the time the credits started rolling I was in shock. I could not believe that the episode was over. It was literal crap. It's been watered down and it started in Season 3. Although the show has gotten excellent ratings those whom been with the show since the very beginning know that it's not what it was.

If it keeps going the way it is it's going to be nuked off my watching list

The main problem is that it's really really drawn out and not in a good way. Too much unnecessary banter and lingering thereafter. It's a dark comedy and I hardly laugh anymore.

Actually the "previously on Weeds" bit was more exciting and entertaining than the whole entire episode actually.

Primero fue en El Nacional, ahora, gracias a la invitación del pana El Infelix, participo en la reseña de la serie Breaking Bad en el podcast E01, un excelente podcast de la red Oyesto Labs, dedicado a los primeros episodios de las series de televisión.

Ya he hablado de E01 en mi podcast, y aprovecho nuevamente la oportunidad de agradecer al pana Infelix la invitación.

Aunque ya mandé al traste uno de los propósitos publicados a principios de año (no abandonar tan seguido este humilde espacio), me tomo un tiempito para escribir una líneas que 'soben' mi ego virtual y le lancen flores a los buenos amigos de la criollósfera...

Esta vez me detengo a hablar de E01 Podcast, el nuevo proyecto creado por el pana infelix (podcaster, bloguero, twittero, flickero y mente creadora de unas cuantas buenas ideas en la blogósfera venezolana). Aquí, infelix se encarga de reseñar las nuevas ( y no tan nuevas) series de TV, lo bueno, lo malo y lo feo de cada una, basándose sólo en su primer episodio; como para no echarnos la broma de descargar toda la temporada de una serie de la que todo el mundo habla y que a la final termina siendo un bodrio... E01 nos relata más o menos de qué tratan estos programas y de ahí ya vamos más o menos con una idea de lo que podemos conseguir.

Cada entrada (hasta ahora van tres) cuenta con la participación de algún 'colega' blogger (twittero, podcastero), que haya tenido oportunidad de ver el primer capítulo de determinada serie, y que trata de enlistar -desde un punto de vista muy personal- los pro y los contra de la misma.
