Those who think that the election of Barack Obama will save the nation from its many foreign-policy/civil-liberties woes got smashed and dashed with a cold dose of reality. Flip-flopping in the finest political tradition, Obama voted in favor of President Bush’s wiretap/immunity bill, after promising to filibuster it before he secured the Democratic Party nomination.


Presumably, Obama’s thinking goes like this: “Now that I’ve secured the nomination of my party, liberals will vote for me regardless because they won’t want John McCain in power. So, I can now flip flop and taken different positions on foreign policy and civil liberties so that John McCain won’t be able to tell people that I’m soft on terrorism.”


Reminding people of what happened in 2002, when the Democrats unconstitutionally and cowardly delegated the power to declare war on Iraq to President Bush because of fear that the president would accuse them of being soft on Saddam Hussein, congressional Democrats voted to give Bush everything he wanted plus more in the wiretap/immunity bill, including civil immunity to private telecom companies for apparent felony offenses committed against their customers.

Meanwhile, the president and his associates continue to threaten Iran with a military attack without even pretending that they’re going to first ask for a declaration of war from Congress, which the Constitution requires. Keep in mind that the Constitution is the law that we the people impose on the president and the Congress. That’s the law that the president feels that he can violate with impunity.


The fact is that Americans are living under a lawless regime, one in which the president feels that constitutional constraints are illegitimate during his “war on terrorism,” which he says will last indefinitely given that there are still so many terrorists and potential terrorists in the world. Never mind that the U.S. government’s own policies generate the terrorist threat against the United States, which is then used as the excuse for the president to operate in an omnipotent and extra-constitutional manner.


That’s what his signing statements, illegal wiretaps and other searches, enemy-combatant designations, torture and sex abuse camps, cancelation of habeas corpus, wars of aggression, indefinite detentions, and kangaroo military tribunals are all about — the power to ignore constitutional restraints — omnipotent power.


The battle over the wiretap/immunity bill demonstrates a critically important point, one that every lover of liberty must ultimately confront: It is not sufficient to fight every assault on civil liberties that comes down the pike. The infringements are endless. Even if one civil-liberties battle is won, there are always three more battles to wage.


Suppose, for example, that civil libertarians succeed in getting the Pentagon’s torture and sex abuse camp at Guantanamo Bay closed down. Would that end the torture and sex abuse? Of course not. They’ll simply start sending detainees to torture and sex abuse camps in Afghanistan or to friendly terrorist regimes, such as Syria (which they still claim they don’t talk to despite the fact that the CIA somehow or another made the arrangements with Syrian torturers to torture an innocent man on its behalf).


Thus, what every American who thirsts for the restoration of a normal, free society must recognize is that there is one — and only one — solution: the dismantling of America’s standing army, especially the military-industrial complex and the CIA, which are the center of the rot of the U.S. Empire. This is what should have been done when the Berlin Wall fell and it’s what should be done today.


That’s the root of the weed. That’s what needs to be pulled out of the ground. It’s not sufficient to simply continue trimming its branches.


That would mean the closing of every U.S. military base around the world — Europe, Asia, South America, and everywhere else. It would entail bringing all those troops home and discharging them into the private sector. It would entail closing the multitude of military bases all across the United States. It would entail the abolition of the CIA. It would include the repeal of the deadly and destructive war on drugs. It would entail the end of all foreign aid. It would mean the end of the U.S. government’s meddling in the affairs of other nations. It would entail the repeal of all the taxes that fund these people and their deadly, destructive, and nefarious operations.


Barack Obama’s cowardly flip flop should remind every American that the key to our future lies not in electing different people to public office. Instead, the key to our future lies in a shift in paradigms — from one of big government in foreign (and domestic) affairs to one of limited government in foreign (and domestic) affairs.


The time has come for the American people to do what Americans in 1787 were doing: reflecting upon the principles of liberty and limited government on which this nation should be based. The time has come to end the U.S. government’s role as the world’s policeman, intervener, interloper, aggressor, welfare provider, and sole remaining empire. The time has come for the American people to restore the principles of liberty and limited government that our ancestors bequeathed to us.

Obama’s poll numbers plummet: Apparently betraying Americans does not pay

A month after emerging victorious from the bruising Democratic nominating contest, some of Barack Obama’s glow may be fading. In the latest NEWSWEEK Poll, the Illinois senator leads Republican nominee John McCain by just 3 percentage points, 44 percent to 41 percent. The statistical dead heat is a marked change from last month’s NEWSWEEK Poll, where Obama led McCain by 15 points, 51 percent to 36 percent.

More Evidence Madrid Bombing was a False Flag Op

Agence-France Presse reports:

Spain’s supreme court Thursday overturned the guilty verdicts on four of the 21 people convicted over the Madrid train bombings that killed 191 people in 2004.

It also upheld a lower court’s decision to acquit one of the alleged masterminds of the Al Qaeda-inspired attacks, Rabei Ousmane Sayed Ahmed, known as “Mohammed the Egyptian”.

And it handed down a four-year prison term to a Spaniard, Antonio Toro, who had been acquitted on charges of transporting explosives.

Note: the attack is no longer considered the direct handiwork of al-Qaeda but is rather an “al-Qaeda inspired attack.” Back in March, 2004, the corporate media resoundingly declared al-Qaeda to be responsible.

The supreme court Thursday overturned the convictions of Basel Ghalyoun and Mohamed Almallah Dabas, both condemned to 12 years in prison for belonging to a terrorist group.

It also cleared Abdelilah El Fadual El Akil, condemned to nine years for collaborating with a terrorist group, as well as Raul Gonzalez Pena, who had received five years for supplying explosives.

In other words, according to Spain’s Supreme Court, these people did not belong to a terrorist group, at least not an Islamic terrorist group. Apparently, there was not enough evidence to stay the conviction of “Mohammed the Egyptian,” said to be the ringleader, and his conviction was thrown out as well.

The court in October had handed down the heaviest sentences to two Moroccans — Jamal Zougam and Othman el-Gnaoui — and a Spaniard, Jose Emilio Suarez Trashorras.

As it turns out, Trashorras and a compatriot, Antonio Toro, were government informants, a fact reported by the New York Times and the Times Online. Toro was recently handed a four-year prison for transporting explosives.

The History Commons on the Cooperative Research website notes the following:

It is revealed that the man accused of supplying the dynamite used in the March 2004 Madrid train bombings was an informant who had the private telephone number of the head of Spain’s Civil Guard bomb squad. Emilio Suarez Trashorras, a miner with access to explosives, as well as an associate named Rafa Zouhier both regularly informed for the Spanish police, telling them about drug shipments. Trashorras began working as an informant after being arrested for drug trafficking in July 2001, while Zouhier became an informant after being released from prison early in February 2002. Shortly after the Madrid bombings, investigators discover that Trashorras’ wife Carmen Toro has a piece of paper with the telephone number of Juan Jesus Sanchez Manzano, head of Tedax, the Civil Guard bomb squad. She and her brother Antonio Toro are also informants.

In short, Trashorras and Toro are patsies and the evidence indicates the Spanish Civil Guard bomb squad was behind the bombing and a phantom “al-Qaeda inspired” terrorist group was simply a contrivance designed to feed public hysteria.

All of this is reminiscent of murderous Operation Gladio false flag operations carried out by the CIA, NATO, the P2 Masonic lodge, and their fascist allies in Italy in the 1970s and 1980s, operations designed to be blamed on communists. “One of P-2’s specialties was the art of provocation. Leftist organizations like the Red Brigades were infiltrated, financed and / or created, and the resulting acts of terrorism, like the assassination of Italy’s premier in 1978 and the bombing of the railway station in Bologna in 1980, were blamed on the left. The goal of this ’strategy of tension’ was to convince Italian voters that the left was violent and dangerous-by helping make it so,” writes Mark Zepezauer.

It now appears obvious the Madrid bombing was a Gladio-like operation designed to frighten and stampede the Spanish public into supporting the bogus war against terror and, as well, re-elect as prime minister José María Aznar, the grandson of a prominent Franco fascist and a favorite of Bush and the neocons. Aznar, however, was roundly trounced in the elections.

Former Head Of Star Wars Program Says Cheney Main 9/11 Suspect
Official version of events a conspiracy theory, says drills were cover for attacks

The former head of the Star Wars missile defense program under Presidents Ford and Carter has gone public to say that the official version of 9/11 is a conspiracy theory and his main suspect for the architect of the attack is Vice President Dick Cheney.

Dr. Robert M. Bowman, Lt. Col., USAF, ret. flew 101 combat missions in Vietnam. He is the recipient of the Eisenhower Medal, the George F. Kennan Peace Prize, the President’s Medal of Veterans for Peace, the Society of Military Engineers Gold Medal (twice), six Air Medals, and dozens of other awards and honors. His Ph.D. is in Aeronautics and Nuclear Engineering from Caltech. He chaired 8 major international conferences, and is one of the country’s foremost experts on National Security.

Bowman worked secretly for the US government on the Star Wars project and was the first to coin the very term in a 1977 secret memo. After Bowman realized that the program was only ever intended to be used as an aggressive and not defensive tool, as part of a plan to initiate a nuclear war with the Soviets, he left the program and campaigned against it.

In an interview with The Alex Jones Show aired nationally on the GCN Radio Network, Bowman (pictured below) stated that at the bare minimum if Osama bin Laden and Al-Qaeda were involved in 9/11 then the government stood down and allowed the attacks to happen. He said it is plausible that the entire chain of military command were unaware of what was taking place and were used as tools by the people pulling the strings behind the attack.

Bowman outlined how the drills on the morning of 9/11 that simulated planes crashing into buildings on the east coast were used as a cover to dupe unwitting air defense personnel into not responding quickly enough to stop the attack.

"The exercises that went on that morning simulating the exact kind of thing that was happening so confused the people in the FAA and NORAD....that they didn't they didn't know what was real and what was part of the exercise," said Bowman

"I think the people who planned and carried out those exercises, they're the ones that should be the object of investigation."

Asked if he could name a prime suspect who was the likely architect behind the attacks, Bowman stated, "If I had to narrow it down to one person....I think my prime suspect would be Dick Cheney."

Bowman said that privately his military fighter pilot peers and colleagues did not disagree with his sentiments about the real story behind 9/11.

Bowman agreed that the US was in danger of slipping into a dictatorship and stated, "I think there's been nothing closer to fascism than what we've seen lately from this government."

Bowman slammed the Patriot Act as having, "Done more to destroy the rights of Americans than all of our enemies combined."

Bowman trashed the 9/11 Commission as a politically motivated cover-up with abounding conflicts of interest, charging, "The 9/11 Commission omitted anything that might be the least bit suspicious or embarrassing or in any way detract from the official conspiracy so it was a total whitewash."

"There needs to be a true investigation, not the kind of sham investigations we have had with the 9/11 omission and all the rest of that junk," said Bowman.

Asked if the perpetrators of 9/11 were preparing to stage another false-flag attack to reinvigorate their agenda Bowman agreed that, "I can see that and I hope they can't pull it off, I hope they are prevented from pulling it off but I know darn good and well they'd like to have another one."

A mainstay of the attack pieces against Charlie Sheen have been that he is not credible enough to speak on the topic of 9/11. These charges are ridiculed by the fact that Sheen is an expert on 9/11 who spends hours a day meticulously researching the topic, something that the attack dogs have failed to do, aiming their comments solely at Sheen's personal life and ignoring his invitation to challenge him on the facts.

In addition, from the very start we have put forth eminently credible individuals only for them to be ignored by the establishment media. Physics Professors, former White House advisors and CIA analysts, the father of Reaganomics, German Defense Ministers and Bush's former Secretary of the Treasury, have all gone public on 9/11 but have been uniformly ignored by the majority of the establishment press.

Former Governor of Minnesota Jesse Ventura warns that Neo-Cons are so desperate to maintain a grip on power that they could stage a terror event in order to create a pretext for attacking Iran.

Speaking on the Alex Jones Show before last night’s announcement that he would not be running for U.S. Senate, Ventura said a conflict with Iran was all but inevitable.

“I don’t see any way of avoiding it because I think it’s gonna be Bush’s last hurrah,” said Ventura, adding that another war front would only help the Republicans and John McCain.

“We are now a first strike nation, 9/11 changed our entire foreign policy, we will now attack another country before they attack us, which we proved in Iraq,” he added.

Asked if we were in danger of seeing the Neo-Cons stage some kind of Gulf of Tonkin false flag or other terror event as a pretext for attacking Iran, Ventura responded, “Absolutely, read the last epilogue in my book, I wrote that a year ago.”

“Remember, these two political parties are in bad shape right now, McCain’s trailing, Republicans look like they’ll get slaughtered in the Congressional races and they’re gonna lose all their power so rest assured that some type of decision they will have to come up with in an attempt to continue to keep themselves in power - that’s their objective,” stated Ventura.

“How much more stupid can we be if we buy into this,” concluded the former Governor.

Billboard displays burning World Trade Center with slogan, ‘Please Don’t Vote for a Democrat’

A political billboard in St. Cloud, Florida reads “Please Don’t Vote for a Democrat” over an image of the burning World Trade Center.

Businessman Mike Meehan, who paid for the ad, says he’s “only trying to help Republicans.” The billboard also carries a link for Meehan’s website, TheRepublicanSong.com, at which he says, “I claim to be a man of God” and promotes his political song and video.

Meehan’s song, which appears to have racist overtones, begins, “The Democrat secular progressive move, political correctness is killing us too. They want to take the money from the hard working man, and give it to the lazy folks that don’t give a damn.”

Even Republicans have found the billboard “inappropriate,” and many residents want it to come down. “I’m thinking about the Twin Towers, all the families that were killed there,” one woman told local TV affliate WFTV.

Another local was more accepting, saying, “They can have their opinion. It’s a free country, you want to pay for the ad.”

However, the posters at right-wing site Lucianne.com were enthusiastic about the billboard. “Why isn’t Mike Meehan the Republican presidential candidate?” asked one. “Liberals get abjectly hysterical whenever the truth about them is pointed out,” wrote another. “People who refer to the terrorist attack as a tragedy are morons,” added a third.

The company which owns the billboard says it’s a free speech issue and has no plans to take Meehan’s ad down before the election.

The war in Afghanistan reached a wrenching milestone this summer: For the second month in a row, U.S. and coalition troop deaths in the country surpassed casualties in Iraq. This is driven in large part, U.S. officials point out, by simple cause and effect. Marines flowed into southern Afghanistan earlier this year to rout firmly entrenched Taliban fighters, prompting a spike in combat in territory where NATO forces previously didn’t have the manpower to send troops. "We’re doing something we haven’t done in seven years, which is go after the Taliban where they’re living," says a U.S. official.

But amid a well-coordinated assassination attempt on Afghan President Hamid Karzai and large-scale bombings last week in the capitals of both Afghanistan and Pakistan, U.S. forces are keenly aware that they are facing an increasingly complex enemy here—what U.S. military officials now call a syndicate—composed not only of Taliban fighters but also powerful warlords who were once on the payroll of the Central Intelligence Agency. "You could almost describe the insurgency as having two branches," says a senior U.S. military official here. "It’s the Taliban in the south and a ’rainbow coalition’ in the east."

Indeed, along with a smattering of Afghan tribal groups, Pakistani extremists, and drug kingpins, two of the most dangerous players are violent Afghan Islamists named Gulbuddin Hekmatyar and Jalaluddin Haqqani, according to U.S. officials. In recent weeks, Hekmatyar has called upon Pakistani militants to attack U.S. targets, while the Haqqani network is blamed for three large vehicle bombings, along with the attempted assassination of Karzai in April.

Ironically, these two warlords—currently at the top of America’s list of most wanted men in Afghanistan—were once among America’s most valued allies. In the 1980s, the CIA funneled hundreds of millions of dollars in weapons and ammunition to help them battle the Soviet Army during its occupation of Afghanistan. Hekmatyar, then widely considered by Washington to be a reliable anti-Soviet rebel, was even flown to the United States by the CIA in 1985.

We are winning

Against incredible odds, with very little that can be called an organization, WE—the people—are winning. There is still a long way to go, but the battle is ours. The enemies within humanity, the psychopaths in the shadows of power, are losing their quest for dominion over humanity and the world. They are starting to run scared.

If we look to the cycles of human history the challenge has always been for the common people to live decent and prosperous lives despite the psychopathic elite’s relentless obsession with institutionalizing various forms of slavery, subjugation, murder and dominance to live in idle luxury at the commoners’ expense.

A century ago, communications were limited to acoustic only performances and the telegraph. Today, words, sounds and images can be delivered to the multitudes; broadcast live on cable and satellite networks; cut, spliced, reengineered and delivered instantaneously around the world to TVs, computers, ipods and iphones. Huge advances have also been made in the areas of societal manipulation, mass mind control, political subterfuge, surveillance and war making.

With much avarice and arrogance, the elite has waged a covert war on humanity using all the modern tools at their disposal. But they have gone too far and too fast this time, even as their multigenerational scheme moves closer to fruition. Their blatant violations of everything decent people believe in have only served to awaken the resistance to their scheme. All the fluoride in the water supply, all the neurotoxins in the food chain and all the incessant, multi-directional mind control programming from babyhood to retirement has not been able to overcome the indomitable human spirit. We are winning.

Every transgression against humanity, individually and collectively, only strengthens our resolve and swells our ranks. More and more people are no longer buying into their propaganda that the "conspiracy theorists" and "anti-government extremists" are kooks and nut cases and the government is here to help us. The evidence is obvious and mounting that there is a conspiracy, the people no longer have a government that belongs to them, the Constitution is history and the economy is not what they are telling us it is. Even with all the distracting entertainment, media misinformation programs and an abundant credit supply to provide our every consumptive indulgence, the flock is breaking out of the fence.

Bilderbergers forced from the shadows

The Bilderberg group, the conspirators forming the global elite have been flushed out of the shadows. The relentless pursuit of the Bilderbergers by Jim Tucker, Alex Jones, Daniel Estulin and others has finally shone enough light on their dark planning sessions that they have had to publicly acknowledge their formerly disavowed existence. They doubled their already massive security force for this year’s Chantilly, Virginia, Bilderberg meeting. For the first time ever, the Bilderbergers issued a press release and a list of attendees, providing public acknowledgement that government leaders are meeting in secret with the globalists.

WE—The People—have forced them to provide the evidence that many of our top officials have violated the Logan Act, a federal felony and are in league with the global conspirators.

Fiat empire to crash?

Ambrose Evans-Pritchard reports, "The Royal Bank of Scotland has advised clients to brace for a full-fledged crash in global stock and credit markets over the next three months as inflation paralyses the major central banks."

This is not the first time financial doomsayers have been published. Last fall’s imminent doom economic predictions have failed to fully manifest, but we are still feeling the pinch, especially at the gas pumps. Will the festering economy turn into a systemic infection?

In the short term WE lose from the likely chaos and calamity of global financial meltdown. In the long term WE win by having humanity experience the fallacy and fraud of the Fiat Empire and finally learn the value and wisdom of the type of sound money mandated in Article One, Section Eight, Clause Five of the Federal Constitution.

Political power brokers busted

The Nevada Republican Convention was shut down when the vote was going heavily in favor of Ron Paul. This upset even McCain supporters because it was obviously unfair even to someone who would actually vote for John McCain. We are winning because Nevada’s Ron Paul contingent now has a quorum and can restart the convention with or without the party hacks that shut it down.

Similar shenanigans in the Washington State Republican Convention, with at least 165 documented procedural and rules violations showed even the party faithful how desperate and corrupt the party bosses have become.

The wave of the Ron Paul Revolution will continue to challenge the power elite. We win when they violate the political process.

Oklahoman sovereignty?

The Oklahoma State Legislature recently passed House Joint Resolution 1089 by a vote of 92 to 3, which declares in part:

"THAT the State of Oklahoma hereby claims sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over all powers not otherwise enumerated and granted to the federal government by the Constitution of the United States.

"THAT this serves as Notice and Demand to the federal government, as our agent, to cease and desist, effective immediately, mandates that are beyond the scope of these constitutionally delegated powers."

Idaho and several other states including Pennsylvania and Colorado passed similar measures back in the 90s, which so far has amounted to some fuzzy-wuzzy feel good words on the books. Will Oklahoma actually do anything with their new law, like move the unconstitutional federal agencies out of their state, stop collecting federal gas taxes and stop taking federal monies?

Regardless of the functional outcome, a vote of 92 to 3 shows that the federal psychopathocracy has lost much favor with the people’s representatives in Oklahoma. Oklahoma is OK!

Impeachment

Rep. Dennis Kucinich of Ohio has filed a thirty-five count Articles of Impeachment to impeach President Bush, which isn’t likely to go anywhere now that it is buried in a committee. But Congress did have to endure a three-hour reading of the High Crimes and misdemeanors of the Commandeerer-in-Chief. Last year, Kucinich led a charge to impeach vice-President Dick Cheney, a proper first step. Kucinich has threatened to lay down a 60-count Articles of Impeachment and take up eight hours on the floor of the Congress if his resolution is ignored.

Some of Kucinich’s present charges include:

• Misleading the American people and Congress to believe Iraq possessed Weapons of Mass Destruction, to manufacture a false case for war;

• Invading Iraq absent a Declaration of War;

• Falsifying accounts of U.S. Troop deaths and injuries for political purposes;

• Reckless misspending and waste of U.S. tax dollars in connection with Iraq and U.S. contractors;

• Illegal detention, torture, foreign rendition and imprisoning children;

• Supporting terrorist organizations within Iran, with the goal of overthrowing the Iranian Government;

• Creating secret laws;

• Violation of the Posse Comitatus Act;

• Spying on American citizens without a court-ordered warrant;

• Announcing the intent to violate laws with Signing Statements;

• Tampering with free and fair elections;

• Corruption of the administration of justice;

• Obstruction of the Investigation into the Attacks of September 11, 2001.

Impeachment is a pale form of justice for those charges. What is really needed are indictments at the world court for the primary members of the Bush administration, or better yet, extradition to an Islamic court with jurisdiction over actual crimes commited on their soil.

The end of petro-dominance?

The Rockefeller clan began its American dynasty by supplying the commodities of war to the Union Army during the "Civil War." Soon thereafter the Rockefellers invested in the emerging petroleum market, quickly establishing a monopoly on what has become the lifeblood of the industrial age. The control of oil is the control of nearly everything in our modern world. Can they maintain their monopolistic lockdown of energy dominance?

Numerous inventors have found solutions to the inefficient and polluting, petroleum-powered, piston engine. Some have achieved fantastic results, like the Pogue Carburetor and GEET Technology, but failed to produce marketable products on a large scale, largely due to suppression from the oil cartel. A few inventors have even met untimely demises.

The information age and the Internet have produced an unstoppable army of backyard tinkerers that the petro-clan’s Men-in-Black won’t be able to keep up with.

Witness the emerging HHO revolution. Not anything new, HHO or Brown’s Gas is simply electrolysis of water into hydrogen and oxygen, which is then delivered, on demand, to your car’s intake manifold. Other complimentary systems can be added to further enhance results. Newer vehicles need a special electronic unit to manage the oxygen sensor’s input to the car’s computer. Complete systems have been improving efficiency from 40 percent to over 100 percent. Other catalytic processes like the PICC converter promise even greater results.

What has made the difference from a few suppressed inventors to a revolution? Information now travels at the speed and breadth of the Internet. It’s gotten out of the oiligarchy’s hands. HHO systems and technology are easily within reach of savvy Americans with some basic tools and skills. Watch this emerging industry spread like a wildfire burning $4 plus gasoline.

Beyond oil

Tesla Motors has begun delivering its first production Roadsters. A Japanese company has invented an electric-powered car that runs entirely on water. Genepax in Osaka, Japan, has demonstrated a car that uses a liter of any kind of water—even salt water—to drive for about an hour at a speed of 50 miles per hour. That’s about 200 MPG—on water! "The car will continue to run as long as you have a bottle of water to top it off from time to time," said Genepax CEO Kiyoshi Hirasawa. "It does not require you to build up an infrastructure to recharge your batteries, which is usually the case for most electric cars." Once the water is poured into the tank at the back of the car, the generator converts it to create electrical power. Genepax said it had just applied for a patent and is hoping to collaborate with Japanese auto manufacturers in the future.

Desperate cover-up

How far will the demonizers and slanderers go to suppress the exposure of the criminal elements within the psychopathocracy?

Radio talk show host Michael Reagan, stepson of the late President Reagan, recently called for the murder of political activist Mark Dice of The Resistance.

Dice has been mailing letters and DVDs to troops in Iraq with evidence that the events of 9/11 were an inside job and their deployment in Iraq is based on false pretexts.

Reagan said on the air: "Excuse me folks, I’m going to say this. We ought to find the people who are doing this, take them out and shoot them. Really. You take them out, they are traitors to this country, and shoot them. You have a problem with that? Deal with it. You shoot them. You call them traitors, that’s what they are, and you shoot them dead. I’ll pay for the bullets."

Reagan added, "How about you take Mark Dice out and put him in the middle of a firing range. Tie him to a post, don’t blindfold him, let it rip and have some fun with Mark Dice."

Dice is demanding that Reagan be fired immediately. "Calling for the murder of someone because you disagree with their political stance is absolutely unacceptable, un American, and possibly illegal," says Dice of TheResistanceManifesto.com.

Didn’t we pass a PATRIOT Act so that Americans could be free from the threat of terrorism? Isn’t Michael Reagan’s conduct legally defined as terrorism and prohibited under the PATRIOT Act, perhaps even as a capital crime? Is the PATRIOT Act only for you and me, not the minions in the employ of the psychopathocracy?

Such reactionary misconduct as Mr. Reagan’s only helps us win. First he discredits himself, then he brings more attention to our cause so more people learn the facts and break free from their programming.

Liberty at the Liberty Bell?

Michael Marcavage, director of the evangelistic organization "Repent America," was recently convicted for exercising his free speech rights at the Liberty Bell Center in Philadelphia. He was standing on a public sidewalk at the Independence Historical Park, preaching a message against abortion. Marcavage was fined over $400 and prohibited from going to Independence National Historical Park or its sidewalks as a term of his one-year probation.

"Proclaim liberty throughout all the land" is the inscription on the Liberty Bell but a National Park Service Ranger demanded he move to a "free speech zone" some distance from the park, where he could continue preaching under the permission of a "verbal permit." Marcavage refused the "permit," claiming the right of free speech.

Magistrate Judge Arnold Rapoport found Marcavage guilty of "interfering with agency functions" by violating the "verbal permit" he refused to accept.

When federal courts and agency enforcers so blatantly violate the First Amendment they prove WE have no Constitution left and WE win the war for the public’s mind without even fighting it.

The YouTube revolution

Why are we winning? Because this is a war for our minds. Our enemies have been laying down their program since before we were born. Their techniques use an all encompassing, cradle to grave closed loop, with all the technology unlimited budgets can afford.

But WE have technology too. The Internet, digital cameras, DVDs and YouTube provide us with the tools to crack the programmers’ program. Our media is emerging while theirs is fading.

So what does the psychopathocracy plan to do to stop us? Shut down the Internet. Paul Joseph Watson, of PrisonPlanet.com reports, "More than two years ago, in an article entitled, The End of the Internet?, The Nation magazine reported, "The nation’s largest telephone and cable companies are crafting an alarming set of strategies that would transform the free, open and nondiscriminatory Internet of today to a privately-run and branded service that would charge a fee for virtually everything we do online.’"

Internet 2, as it is being called, will track and store information on our every move in cyberspace in a vast data-collection and marketing system.

Watson continues, "One of the fathers of the Internet, David Clark, who served as chief protocol architect for the government’s internet development initiative in the 1980s, has been given $200,000 by the National Science Foundation to covertly work on a ‘whole new infrastructure to replace today’s global network.’

"Clark has vowed to create a ‘brave new world’ in designing the new Internet, characterizing that he wanted the new network to be ‘a coherent security architecture.’

"In an October 2006 speech, Homeland Security director Michael Chertoff identified the web as a ‘terror training camp,’ through which ‘disaffected people living in the United States’ are developing ‘radical ideologies and potentially violent skills.’

"Chertoff pledged to dispatch Homeland Security agents to local police departments in order to aid in the apprehension of domestic terrorists who use the Internet as a political tool."

Do these imbeciles really think WE, the people of this world, will pay every time we visit a website, only to be tracked and recorded and fed a line of Homeland Gestapo B.S.? The absurdity of their proposition is a guaranteed win for WE the people!

Talk about crazy

One element of the federal government has instituted some responsible regulations for public safety, while the military side continues its reckless disregard for its own troops and every one around them. SSRI drugs like Prozac and Zoloft have been demonstrated to induce suicidal and homicidal behavior in a percentage of the drug’s users. The FAA has recently banned the use of SSRI drugs by commercial pilots and air traffic controllers because of the associated risks.

However, it is reported that approximately 50 percent of the troops in Iraq are taking SSRI drugs to cope with the stress. Suicide rates are substantially higher among Iraq war veterans and there have been numerous incidents of returning vets who have killed family members for no particular reason and occasionally without any mental recall of the event.

SSRI drugs can induce a certain type of seizure, impairing cognitive function and leading to suicidal and homicidal events. The FAA has recognized this danger and responded to it while the military continues to be irresponsible.

The fallacy of the benefits of the pharmaceutical drug culture, its dangers and costs are being exposed by lawsuits and science. The alternatives, including just plain avoidance, are becoming more popular. The Pharma-cartel is losing on many fronts, in spite of its high dollar lawyers, lobbyists, advertising and campaign contributions. They lose; we win.

Ron Paul

Contrary to popular, media-induced rumors, Ron Paul has only suspended the campaign. He has not withdrawn from the race and he has not released his delegates.

He has brought a message that has resonated across a broad political spectrum.

He set campaign contribution records without accepting any money from corporate or special interests. His anti-pre-emptive war stance garnered him more campaign contributions from active duty military personnel than all the other candidates combined.

Obama wants Bin Laden executed

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama said in interview excerpts released Friday that Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden should be executed, if he is ever captured alive.

The Illinois Senator told CNN that the accused mastermind of the September 11 attacks in 2001 should face the full weight of US and global justice.

"I am not a cheerleader for the death penalty," Obama said.

"I think it has to be reserved for only the most heinous crimes, but I certainly think plotting and engineering the death of 3,000 Americans justifies such an approach."

"I think this is a big hypothetical, though -- let's catch him first," he said.

"We have failed to seriously go after Al-Qaeda over the last five years because of the distraction of Iraq, I think we are now seeing the consequences of that in Afghanistan."

In a debate during the Republican presidential primary season, Obama's general election rival Senator John McCain also vowed to bring bin Laden to justice, and follow him to the "Gates of Hell."

Obama's tough talk came after he accused the Bush administration of diverting resources from the war in Afghanistan launched after the 2001 attacks to fight what he saw as an unnecessary war in Iraq.

He has vowed to start pulling US troops out of Iraq at the rate of one or two brigades a month, and sending more soldiers to Afghanistan, if he is elected president in November.

Obama is expected to visit Afghanistan and Iraq within the coming weeks, though full details have not been released for security reasons.

FISA ‘compromise’ completes transformation of US into full police state

On Wednesday, the US Congress overwhelmingly passed legislation permitting government spying, including giving immunity to telecommunications companies involved in secret domestic surveillance programs. With the stroke of George W. Bush’s pen, the US is now a police state by definition.

The extent of the spying program, and its larger implications, have been revealed by Mark Klein, who blew the whistle on secret domestic spying program of Bush/Cheney’s National Security Agency (NSA) and AT&T: AT&T whistleblower: spy bill creates infrastructure for police state

The update of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, called the “FISA compromise,” or more appropriately, the “spy bill,” largely completes the triumph of the Bush/Cheney administration and a bipartisan criminal consensus. By convenient design, the FISA revision derails pending lawsuits filed against the Bush administration’s corporate spying partners (AT&T, Sprint Nextel, and Verizon), silences (the largely empty-to-begin-with) congressional investigations into the Bush administration’s illegal domestic spying program.

Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama and the Democrats have now moved to silence all discussion about the issue.

Fear itself, a.k.a. spying itself

Between the false flag mass murder of 9/11 and the creation of the “war on terrorism,” the USAPATRIOT Act and this new FISA revision, the Bush-Cheney administration and its enthusiastically complicit congressional partners have achieved total victory — world war, open criminality, and the end of law itself.

It gives the US government unprecedented new spying powers and sweeping new legal cover for spying that goes well beyond even the original FISA law — which itself was an abomination that already permitted the US president broad surveillance powers.

Given the fact that the US government is a wholly corrupted criminal organization by definition, the political spin over “oversight,” warrants, the involvement of the inspector general, etc., is all the more transparently ridiculous: the operatives of such apparatuses do not investigate or punish their own. Nor do they voluntarily stop the lucrative and intoxicating criminal activity that is their lifeblood.

In fact, the debate over the spy bill is a red herring, clouding the larger central (purposely unaddressed) issue: the “war on terrorism” lie itself.

The mass murder of 9/11 was a false flag operation, orchestrated and executed by the Bush administration. The “war on terrorism” is a perpetual covert operation, an endless pretext for war and murder, supported by a bipartisan consensus. (See Who is Osama bin Laden? and Al-Qaeda:the database.) No 9/11, no “war on terrorism,” no war in the Middle East. No “war on terrorism” lie, no dictatorial powers for the White House, and no beefed-up FISA.

Given that the “war on terrorism” is a lie, the need for unprecedented spying is also a lie. Just as 9/11 remains the endless pretext for endless war and terrorism, it also remains, in its countless propaganda manifestations, the justification for open totalitarian rule of force and intimidation within US borders.

The totalitarian criminal agenda is fully endorsed by neoliberal Democrats, including Barack Obama. According to the Obama campaign, “Senator Obama has said before that the compromise bill is not perfect. Given the choice between voting for an improved yet imperfect bill, and losing important surveillance tools, Senator Obama chose to support the FISA compromise.”

The pro-surveillance Democrats, led by Senator Jay Rockefeller and Obama (whose lame hemming-hawing justifications can be read here) are repeating asinine lies, and groundless excuses.

In calling criminal spying and covert operations “important surveillance tools,” Obama is showing his truest colors. Obama, whose politics and rhetoric have been consistently in line with the Bush/Cheney agenda on all of the most telling issues (war in Afghanistan, war on Iran, “terrorism,” “homeland security,” globalization, and most recently, other right-wing positions), is a smooth-talking and appealing front for the Bush-Cheney status quo. Obama and McCain, like Bush-Cheney, will continue to push the endless “war on terrorism” lie, and embrace every single criminal act conducted in the name of this propaganda construct.

All “homeland security”/Big Brother measures such as FISA, in any form, provides political cover for the US government to engage in criminal activity. Any politician, be it Bush/Cheney or Obama, who approves of any sort of “surveillance” is guilty of committing a criminal act, and of raping the Constitution along the way.

Cynical posturing and election-year flatulence from Obama’s legion of defenders and fans cannot hide what has happened, or who is responsible. The rape of the US Constitution is so overt and so egregious that it has set off a wave of outrage and backlash, spawning unusual new grassroots coalitions.

Clearly, however, the powers that be, including the Obama camp, have casually dismissed this relatively small portion of the US public out of its election-year calculations, regardless of how stridently they organize, blog, blow whistles or file lawsuits.

Senator Russ Feingold (whose own record on opposing the Bush administration is less than stellar) warned that the FISA revision “could mean millions upon millions of communications between innocent Americans and their friends, families or business associates overseas could now be legally collected.”

It means much more than Feingold states, and it has for many years — perhaps decades.

Spying: the pre- and post-9/11 norm

Returning again to the exposé by whistleblower Mark Klein, his detailed and stomach-turning exposé, which includes materials from the key court cases, exposes the fact that the NSA began breaking into local telephone circuits in 2001. As pointed out by Robert Parry, the current program may have been in place before 2001.

In other words, the spying program never had anything to do with international “terrorists,” and everything to do with a larger police state agenda, including the power to identify, designate and destroy individuals whose opinions run counter to those of whichever Big Brother is “in charge.” This is a long-planned program that 9/11 allowed to push to full fruition.

It is a well-documented fact that the US government’s spying capabilities are overwhelming, and that continuous illegal surveillance has always trumped congressional oversight, and the law itself. Obviously, the light reigning-in of criminal covert operations in the post-Watergate 1970s has been completely undone in the decades since.

Investigators such as former NSA operative James Bamford (author of the exposé of the NSA, Body of Secrets) and Mike Ruppert’s Crossing the Rubicon: The Decline of the American Empire at the End of the Age of Oil have thoroughly detailed the pervasiveness and effectiveness of a wide range of spying and intelligence programs used by intelligence and law enforcement agencies. These include Echelon and PROMIS, which are used by operatives in criminal fashion, as ordered by high-level officials, specifically to get around all oversight.

Completely unaddressed throughout the years of noise over spying and FISA, the Total Information Awareness Program (formerly known as DARPA, and spearheaded by Iran-Contra participant John Poindexter) has found new life as the IARPA program.

Nobody is talking about IARPA. Nobody will.

Welcome to hell, again

The George W. Bush administration seized the White House in 2000 by way of an openly stolen election, then cemented its criminal power into place with the unprecedented 9/11 mass murder, and its two resulting abominations: the fabricated “war on terrorism” (the pretext for endless global war), and the USAPATRIOT Act (the full-scale destruction of the Constitution, and the militarization of the US homeland).

These continuing atrocities were the works of a bipartisan “war on terrorism” consensus, a full partnership at the top echelons, whose overriding agenda is the survival of the criminal racket known as the Anglo-American empire.

The deepening of the war and security state has continued unabated. Under a US Congress with a Democratic Party majority, nothing been done to stop, reverse or undo the world war, boundless US government criminality, open corruption, or the absolute and systematic rape of law itself. Now, particularly with a looming US presidential election, leading members of both political parties have shown their true colors: as flagrant proponents of military-intelligence/“homeland security,” and enthusiastic destroyers of the Constitution.

In The CIA and the Cult of Intelligence, Victor Marchetti and John Marks wrote in 1974, “The clandestine mentality is a mind-set that thrives on secrecy and deception. It encourages professional amorality—the belief that righteous goals can be achieved through the use of unprincipled and normally unacceptable means. . . .

“Today, exemplified by actions of the bipartisan US consensus, assisted by an acquiescent and dumbed-down populace, the clandestine mentality is not clandestine. “Professional amorality” is the norm—celebrated openly, and opposed by few.”

In other words, your life and all of your communications — from your emails, your web searches, medical records, and financial information, to your reading this article and clicking this web site — has been “hoovered up” by the US government’s spying machine, to be used against you at some future time, if the powers that be so choose.

If 9/11, the USAPATRIOT Act, and the relentless destruction of law since 2000 have not already made it abundantly clear, a “Homeland Security” police state within US borders, courtesy of the spy bill, is now complete. Not even the trappings of a democracy remain.

Conclusion:

Many of these facts were included in the BBC trailer, and most were included near the beginning of the program. Since more people watch the trailer than the actual program, and many people start watching a program, but never finish, these facts are, in effect, emphasized.

Because the BBC has confirmed on national TV many facts long advocated by the 9/11 Truth movement, The Third Tower may accelerate the slow, controlled demolition of the official 9/11 conspiracy theory.

Former Pakistan Army Chief General ’’Retd’’ Mirza Aslam Baig on Tuesday said that Iran and Pakistan are under siege of western conspiracies.
He said that intelligence agencies of allied forces are very active in Afghanistan and working against the interests of Iran, Pakistan, China and Russia.


"There are set-ups of United States in Jiwani and Kot Kalmat, in Balochistan province from where they carry out different operations in the area," he said.

He said that the United States is also providing training facilities to the people of Jundallah, in Balochistan so that these people could create unrest in the area and affect Iran-Pakistan relations.

General (Retd) Baig termed the act of the United States as a conspiracy and said that this should be stopped.

He lauded the decision of the Pakistan government for handing over the people of Jundallah to Iran and said that those who are working against the interests of both countries should be dealt with with iron fist.

He said that the activities of people of Jundallah should be stopped and for this Iran and Pakistan have to tighten the security at Pakistan-Iran border.

He believed that in past both Pakistan and Iran had made mistakes but now it is right time to look forward and build strong relations.

General (Retd) Baig said that Pakistan should have supported the stance of Iran during Iran-Iraq war.

He was of the view that Afghanistan, Iran and Pakistan should have worked together after the withdrawal of Russian army from Afghanistan.

He stressed the need for making a comprehensive strategy to strengthen Iran-Pakistan relations.

"We should forget the past and make a strategy to guard our national interests," he said.

He said the richness of Balochistan in mineral resources is one of the attractions for the international powers but the strategic location of Balochistan is more important to the US and its allies.

General (Retd) Baig said that it is the responsibility of both countries to make the area free of danger and take the conspiracies as a challenge.

He said the American policy-makers are very much active in Balochistan since 2001 while India too has gained considerable influence in the province since then.

Prior to this, the 9/11 whitewash commission accused al-Qaeda and Iran of collusion by way of Hezbollah, never mind that Hezbollah is a Shi’ite group and al-Qaeda Sunni, thus enemies.

He provides valuable information on US military preparations to strike the country, on the total expansion of the Bush Administration’s executive power, about the US recognition of Iran’s overall positive role in Iraq and on the US support for the anti-Iran terrorist organisations Jondollah, PJAK and MEK.

Hersh explains that the aim of the US covert operations inside Iran is to create a pretext for attack with the goal of regime change. “The strategic thinking behind this covert operation is to provoke enough trouble and chaos so that the Iranian government makes the mistake of taking aggressive action which will give the impression of a country in acute turmoil”, he said. “Then you have what the White House calls the ‘casus belli’, a reason to attack the country. President George W Bush has told the Israeli government that he may be prepared to approve a future military strike on Iranian nuclear facilities if negotiations with Tehran break down, according to a senior Pentagon official.

Despite the opposition of his own generals and widespread scepticism that America is ready to risk the military, political and economic consequences of an airborne strike on Iran, the president has given an “amber light” to an Israeli plan to attack Iran’s main nuclear sites with long-range bombing sorties, the official told The Sunday Times.

“Amber means get on with your preparations, stand by for immediate attack and tell us when you’re ready,” the official said. But the Israelis have also been told that they can expect no help from American forces and will not be able to use US military bases in Iraq for logistical support.

Nor is it certain that Bush’s amber light would ever turn to green without irrefutable evidence of lethal Iranian hostility. Tehran’s test launches of medium-range ballistic missiles last week were seen in Washington as provocative and poorly judged, but both the Pentagon and the CIA concluded that they did not represent an immediate threat of attack against Israeli or US targets.

“It’s really all down to the Israelis,” the Pentagon official added. “This administration will not attack Iran. This has already been decided. But the president is really preoccupied with the nuclear threat against Israel and I know he doesn’t believe that anything but force will deter Iran.”

The official added that Israel had not so far presented Bush with a convincing military proposal. “If there is no solid plan, the amber will never turn to green,” he said.

There was also resistance inside the Pentagon from officers concerned about Iranian retaliation. “The uniform people are opposed to the attack plans, mainly because they think it will endanger our soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan,” the source said.
