En el mes de octubre de 2007 a petición de CHUNTA y aprobada por unanimidad se paprobó crear la COMISION DE CONTROL Y VIGILANCIA DE LA CONTRATACION. Es la comisión que debe velar por la transparencia y el control de los contratos públicos.  11 MESES  mas tarde nadie sabe nada y el PSOE no quiere ni oír hablar de ella.

Nuestro grupo municipal ha solicitado más de una decena de peticiones de información no respondidas, entre ellas en asuntos tan importantes como cuánto ha costado y van a costar los el capricho de Belloch de los barquitos con sus dragados, el proyecto del balcón de San Lázaro, o el propio azud.
En el último pleno, PSOE, PAR e IU impidieron crear una comisión que evaluase la situación real de las arcas municipales, con los papeles en la mesa. Se impidió que dispongamos de la documentación y las cifras reales.
El PSOE PAR NO QUIERE DAR LOS DATOS REALES ante la constatación de que no hay control en los gastos, están despilfarrando el dinero público, y la situación se les ha escapado de las manos.  Exigimos a este gobierno la eliminación de gasto innecesario, los gastos de representación, protocolo y boato. En un momento de crisis el Ayuntamiento no puede estar despilfarrando dinero.

Exigimos a este gobierno que ponga de manifiesto las cifras reales, que explique a los ciudadanos cual es la situación económica real. En el Pleno de setiembre  volveremos a pedir que se cree una comisión de estudio y esperamos que esta vez se acceda a nuestra petición.
Con los datos que en este momento conocemos se pueden mantener los servicios sociales y el gasto social, pero  si hay pufos ocultos esto será imposible, por lo que cuando se impide la creación de una comisión de estudio es que algo se quiere ocultar.

Pedimos, por tanto, transparencia total y absoluta en las cuentas municipales  en  cuestiones como cuáles son los compromisos económicos municipales relacionados con la Expo, con la Sociedad de Promoción del Aeropuerto de Zaragoza, con Pla-Za, con Zaragoza ciudad del conocimiento, con Proexza,  todas estas sociedades gestionan dinero municipal y no quieren decir cual es su situación real, a eso hay que añadir el coste real final del pabellón puente, el proyecto "bizi", el fiasco de los barcos de Belloch....,

Solicitamos un tratamiento fiscal acorde con la situación económica de crisis por la que estamos pasando el conjunto de los ciudadanos. Posibilidad de reducción de la presión fiscal de algunos impuestos.
Si se puede evaluar y estudiar el proyecto económico conjunto, es decir, Ordenanzas más Presupuestos. Ya que queremos saber de antemano a qué se va a destinar el dinero que se recaude. Queremos evitar gastos innecesarios. Y no nos vamos a prestar a la farsa de aprobar unas ordenanzas sin saber que se respeta el gasto social. En esas circunstancias CHUNTA esta dispuesta a arrimar el hombro.

De nom li deien Jorge Ferreira da Silva, però tothom (al menys a Brasil) el coneixia per Palinha. Mos el van vendre des del Flamengo com un mitjapunta típicament brasiler, amb cartell d'internacional absolut (on va compartir selecció amb Cafú, Raí, Dunga...), molt tècnic i que havia de ser es fitxatge estrella del Mallorca per sa tornada a Primera Divisió l'any 1996. Obviament, no va ser una petició de Cúper, sinó més aviat com un regalo de 1.000 kilos de n'Antonio Asensio a s'aficció. Però en es final, res de res.

Crec que no hi haurà cap seguidor mallorquinista que recordi cap jugada d'ell amb sa pilota en es peus, més enllà des dia de sa presentació. Li va costar molt poder debutar, perquè a damunt va arribar lesionat i fora de forma perquè no comptava pes míster des seu anterior club. Venia amb 30 anys, de volta de tot, i com es diu vulgarment, va venir 'a robar'. Es seu periple a s'illa no va durar ni tres mesos. A més, va coincidir amb s'explosió de Juan Carlos Valerón, que en un parell de partits li va barrar es pas de sa titularitat. Entre lo que cobrava i lo poc que jugava, es club se'l va treure de damunt tan aviat com va poder.

Certament, pel record sí quedarà una jugada seva: una pilota tonta perduda en es mig camp davant del Betis, que va costar un gol al Mallorca. Aquell dia Cúper li va fer sa creu, i amb raó.

My friend Nick and I had been planning this trip to the Winds since June. Our plans started to unravel in early August. First another friend of ours, Laura, hurt her ankle pretty badly and decided not to go, then Nick's brother Tony ended up being delayed in Texas and was also unable to come. So, Nick and I drove up to Laramie, Wyoming to pick up some gear from Solid Rock, where my brother Austin works. It was a moderate fiasco getting out of Laramie, but we managed to leave about 12:00pm, with a five hour drive and a six mile hike still ahead of us. Austin had to shoot some video at a wedding, and would meet us in the Winds a few days later. We made it to the trailhead about 6:30pm, sorted out and packed our gear, and headed off. Our packs were about 50 or 60 pounds. I'm not sure why Nick's weighed so much; mine was that heavy because in addition to my regular equipment, I also had my mountaineering rope, and assorted climbing hardware.

Our plan was to make it to Big Sandy Lake that evening, but the sun was already setting, and so I just decided that we'd camp near the river about two miles in, and then just walk farther to make our goal for the next day. We found a campsite, cooked dinner, and headed to bed around midnight.

The next morning there was a really massive storm front coming in from higher up in the mountains, so we decided to spend a while cooking breakfast to see what the clouds would do. As the sun rose higher, the clouds broke up and we decided to go ahead. Our goal for the day was Deep Lake, which was about eight or nine mile from where we were camping. Deep Lake is a high (above treeline), cold lake at the base of East Temple peak, which was on our schedule to climb the next day. The hike up there was uneventful, and went as planned. We made it there late afternoon, and went about the usual tasks of finding a place for our tent, which is difficult, because the lake is in a steep, granite valley, and there are few flat spots, and fewer places with dirt or grass. Below is a picture of the lake. Our tent is directly behind where this picture was taken from.

The next day, we woke up at 5:00am to start our climb of the mountain, decided that it was too dark, early, and cold, and promptly went back to sleep. We got up again about 8:30, ate a small breakfast, and headed off the climb the mountain. From that picture, the mountain looks pretty imposing, and it is... from that angle. To climb it, you actually head to the west of it (right, in that picture), and come up the back side, which is much more gentle. We made the peak early afternoon or late morning, and because the weather was nice, we relaxed at the top for a while, ate lunch, and watched a NOLS group who was also up there. If you look at the picture above, you can see that the very peak kind of leans out a little. There is this granite outcropping at the top of this which you can lay on, and look 1,500 feet to the valley floor below you. It's a pretty fantastic feeling. We headed back down, and made it back to the lake, and decided to cool off a little in the lake before heading back to our tent area.

That evening as we were about to head to bed, something very unusual happened. We noticed a headlamp about 2/3 of the way up on that spire in the middle of the above picture. After a couple minutes of watching it, it went out. Nick and I concluded that whoever was climbing decided to bivvy on the climb for the night and had just gone to bed. Unusual, but fairly reasonable. About ten minutes later however, we saw another headlamp on the ridge between the spire and E. Temple. I started to get a little concerned, wondering if perhaps their climb had gone wrong, and whether they might be in need of a rescue. We tried signaling the lower climber by flashing our headlamps at him, but he didn't respond. So, we continued to watch as he very slowly picked his way down the ridge (which would have been sketchy in the daytime). Eventually he seemed to get stuck, and didn't make any downward progress for a long time. It would have been too dangerous for me to try and go up there and meet him, so I signaled once more, and not getting a response, we went to bed. I'm still not sure what they were doing, and why so late, but from what I can tell they seemed to have been ok by morning.

Our plan for the next day was to make an easy two or three mile hike back to Big Sandy Lake to meet my brother Austin, who was joining us for the rest of the trip, so we took our time packing up and getting ready. We made it back to Big Sandy in just a little over an hour, so while we waited for Austin, we went Therm-A-Rest paddling, ate lunch, and did some laundry. Austin made it up later in the afternoon, so we spent some time catching up since we hadn't seen each other since early Ma

Vamos contabilizar: seleção masculina de futebol - ele narrou e CRÉU. Seleção feminina de futebol - ele narrou e CRÉU. Vôlei de duplas Márcio e Fábio Luiz - ele narrou e CRÉU. Duas derrotas em finais em menos de 24 horas - um feito digno de menção honrosa, sem dúvidas.

Eu assisti à semi-final brasileira de volei de praia, entre Ricardo/Emanuel e Márcio/Fábio Luiz. O Galvão era visivelmente favorável à dupla mais famosa, o que é no mínimo estranho, para não dizer anti-ético, considerando que eram duas duplas brasileiras que estavam em quadra.

Ontem, após a dupla Márcio/Fábio Luiz perderem o ouro de forma vexatória para uma dupla americana, Galvão SUGERIU que isso não teria acontecido caso Ricardo/Emanuel tivessem avançado para as finais. Mais um lamentável capítulo deste ignóbil indivíduo (que tem um dos maiores salários da televisão brasileira, diga-se de passagem).

Por isso, faço uma campanha que gostaria muito que avançasse em nível nacional: "TIRE O VOLUME DA TV". Obrigado!

L'objectif était de construire les logements mais faute de moyens la réalité est tout autre...

Depuis ce véritable fiasco on attend toujours du nouveau sur le Plan Banlieue de Fadela Amara. Car si les mesures sont là, le financement lui reste absent. En effet, rien n'a été chiffré mis à part le projet de désenclavement par les transports dont le coût est estimé au alentour de 500 000 euros.
