Wollte nur mitteilen, dass ich mich grade zur Abwechslung wieder sehr gut fühle...</p>
<p>Seit die Schule angefangen hat (also seit gestern, ein ausführlicher Beitrag über meine erste Woche, noch mehr Didaktik und ähnliches folgt etwa am Freitag) stehe ich wieder zu einigermaßen brauchbaren Zeiten auf (gestern war ich um 7.35 Uhr !! in Reutlingen), habe trotzdem noch Energie, was anderes nebenher zu machen (war seit langem mal wieder in der Fachschaft heute) und kann sogar wieder Bücher lesen, auf die ich grade Lust habe... Nicht, dass ich meine Romane für die Uni nicht auch mag, aber grade steht mir der Sinn eher nach Fantasy- und Abenteuergeschichten... deshalb les ich auch grade den Abschiedsstein von Tad Williams, Treasure Island (Stevenson) und Die geliehene Zeit von Diana Gabaldon parallel, je nach Laune oder ob ich es grade ertrage, mit den Personen mitzuleiden. *gedankliche Notiz: zu dem Thema steht auch noch ne Hausarbeit aus ^^* Das letzte entstammt übrigens dieser berühmt-berüchtigten Highland-Saga und ist eine Zeitreisegeschichte mit weiblicher Hauptperson. Ich mag ja eigentlich pseudo-historische Frauenromane nicht so besonders, aber dieser ist zur Abwechslung mal halbwegs gut recherchiert... und einer Frau aus dem 20. Jahrhundert verzeiht man auch, dass sie auch Ideen des 20. Jhd. hat und verkörpert ^^ Na ja, soviel dazu... jetzt begeb ich mich mal in mein Bett, damit ich morgen um neun in der Schule auf der Matte stehen kann. Morgen Mittag ist noch <acronym title="Gesamtlehrerkonferenz">GLK</acronym> , da will der Rektor uns Praktikantinnen vorstellen, das wird lustig ^^<br />

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Am Wochenende war ich auf der Allradmesse in Leobersdorf in der Nähe von Wien</strong>. Nachdem es da zwei Österreichpremieren von Nissan Fahrzeugen gab, wollte ich mir das natürlich nicht entgehen lassen.</p>

<p>Das Messegelände ist groß und geräumig angelegt. Überall standen auf den einzelnen Ständen die Autos der verschiedenen Hersteller. <strong>Vom kleinen Quad bis hin zum großen Unimog war alles ausgestellt, was geländetauglich ist</strong>. Und dazu noch einige Wagen, die ich maximal über einen besseren Schotterweg jagen würde *g*. Neben Nissan hatten auch andere Hersteller Neuigkeiten im Programm, der Mercedes GLK war genauso ausgestellt wie der Renault Koleos. Und der LRX von Land Rover war ein echter Hingucker...<!--more--></p>
<p><strong>Am Nissanstand habe ich mir natürlich den Qashqai+2 und den Murano angesehen</strong>. Leider konnte man die beiden nicht probefahren, aber dafür schon mal genau von außen und innen unter die Lupe nehmen.</p>
<p>Von außen haben mir beide gut gefallen, überhaupt der Qashqai+2 jetzt fast mehr als auf den Fotos, wo ich ihn vorher gesehen hatte. <strong>Der Murano sieht sowieso schnittig aus</strong>. Und macht auch innen wieder einen edlen Eindruck. Der Qashqai+2 wirkt aber natürlich auch nicht billig. Man konnte jetzt klar sehen, dass die letzte Sitzreihe für normalgroße Erwachsene schon auf kurzen Strecken eine Qual darstellen dürfte. Kinder kann man aber sicher so befördern.</p>
<p><strong>Richtig spaßig war dann noch die Probefahrt mit dem neuen Nissan Pickup für die Baustelle, dem NP300</strong>. Es war extra ein Exemplar aus Deutschland da, weil es hier in Österreich noch keinen gibt. Den habe ich dann gleich auf dem Offroad-Parcours unter fachkundiger Anleitung durch Schlammgruben und über Gräben gejagt. Wobei gejagt nicht ganz das richtige Wort ist, die meiste Zeit war ich im ersten Gang unterwegs, mit Untersetzung, und daher mit Schrittgeschwindigkeit. Auf Anweisung dann auch mit beiden Füßen von den Pedalen, während ich den NP300 eine Rampe hochzuckeln ließ, die so steil war, dass ich meinen Weg nur anhand von 2 Schneestangen an den Seiten erahnen konnte. Das war aufregend! *g* Wirklich eine schöne Veranstaltung, in zwei Jahren werde ich sicher wieder rausfahren.</p>

<p>Whenever I reflect about this, I find it divinely funny since there is somewhat some distinct difference between them and myself.</p>
<p><strong>Our special bond</strong></p>
<p>Albeit the obvious differences, all of us share a common situation that I believe bonded us together: our dysfunctional family background.</p>
<p>Somehow, our gang became our family that we did not have or experience at home. It was being together that we felt a sense of belonging and security with each looking out for one another. It is amazing how we are still keeping tabs on one another till now.</p>
<p><strong>God's love revealed</strong></p>
<p>Lately, I had a revelation that it was His plan and purpose from the very beginning that He "planted" me in that group in order that one day He could use me to reach out to them. And already I see this coming to pass.</p>
<p>I am not ashamed to say that I am thankful to God for my chequered past and the friends that I have made from there. Without them, I would not be the uniquely me I am today.</p>
<p>And I dare to say that I would have been worse off if I didn't have friends as such as they were my family when I needed one during the most critical period of my early years.</p>
<p>Through my personal life, I am coming to understand more and experience more the deep love that God has for each one of us. He will resort to all means to ambush us with His love in order to save us.</p>

Atualmente disponível apenas para encomenda, 10 mil clientes já se mostraram interessados no jipe alemão, que só será vendido na Europa Ocidental em 2008. O GLK promete ser uma das maiores atrações do Salão do Automóvel de São Paulo e chega ao mercado norte-americano em 2009.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the reasons I started Textfyre was that I had and have a firm belief that paid programming was a considerable missing component of the development and improvement of Interactive Fiction as an artform and medium. The "IF community", depending on your definition of such a thing, generally focuses on the academic and hobbyist participatory aspects of the medium. We've had a few people sell games within the community and they've shared some of their processes and thoughts, but no one has recycled any profits into the community at large.</p>
<p>Although I don't have any profits (let's not talk about the increasing debt I've incurred) to speak of, I do have a sincere interest in sharing the fruits of our internal workings as much as possible without crossing swords with my attorney.</p>
<p>So with that in mind, we've put together a "shared source" version of our Glulx VM implementation named FyreVM which can be reviewed and downloaded from the <a title="FyreVM" href="http://www.textfyre.com/FyreVM" target="_blank">FyreVM website</a>. By shared source we mean that there is a non-commercial aspect to the source code and we also want to restrict branched versions of the VM itself. Any code you write that uses the FyreVM is of course all yours. We're going to put up samples and those will all be public domain. We will entertain friendly requests for a limited (individual) royalty-free commercial license.</p>
<p>FyreVM is the culmination of a lot of thought on my part and a frustrated review of the Glk specification. I'm not saying Glk is bad or wrong. I just think its limited in its usability by the average developer. There has been a sizable effort by several people to make Glulx and Glk as friendly as possible and yet we still aren't seeing any increase in games developed with higher quality user interfaces.</p>
<p>So I'm sharing FyreVM because of how we implemented I/O, which is differently from how Glk implements I/O. FyreVM uses channels to convey all information between the virtual machine (game engine) and the user interface. We've completely abstracted away any detailed knowledge of pointers and memory and low level programming hacks to access the I/O interface. The developer has to simply retrieve the text that comes out of each channel on each "turn" in a game and do with it as they may.</p>
<p>To aid in this process, we've also created a very friendly set of Inform 7 extensions to give developers the tools they need to create channel based games.</p>
<p>Of course we're still working on sample games to show off the potential of FyreVM and Channel I/O and we will report updates on the website. We invite anyone and everyone to help create samples for the website.</p>

The Big Kahuna a inregistrat cresteri spectaculoase in vanzari, iar ultima linie de modele create de celebrul Walter Da Silva se bucura de aprecieri nemarginite. Spre exemplu, portalul </span><a href="http://www.cardesignnews.com/"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;">www.cardesignnews.com</span></a><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;"> s-a referit la superbul coupe Audi A5, creatie semnata Da Silva, drept “Baby Bentley”. Cea mai frumoasa masina pe care a desenat-o vreodata, dupa cum insusi Walter Da Silva spune despre A5, a servit ca platforma optica pentru intregul val de noi modele Audi. Noul A4 este una dintre cele mai frumoase si bine proportionate de pe piata, iar acum noul Q5 rupe barierele si normele, cu un design inspirat din A5, Q7 si Metroproject Quattro. </span></p>

Acest superb baby SUV a fost prezentat acum cateva zile la Salonul Auto de la Beijing la doar cativa metri de principalul sau rival, la fel de noul Mercedes GLK. Q5 este un model ceva mai user friendly decat un Q7. Se plaseaza sub acesta si la 4.63 metri lungime si 1.88 latime este mai usor de parcat si “digerat”.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;">Q5 este genul de masina care nu se lasa ignorata. Daca de A6 te-ai saturat pentru ca vezi 100 pe strada in aceiasi zi si deja ti se pare banal, Q5 nu are cum sa cada intr-o asemenea dizgratie. De o jumatate de ora ma uit in continuu la pozele acestei masini. Cu fiecare slide descopar lucuri noi care imi plac si care dau diferite note de eleganta, sportivitate si lux masinii. Audi a inteles care sunt nevoile soferului modern, care isi doreste un Audi. In primul rand sportivitatea…un Audi nu te duce doar din punctul A in B, ci ridica drumul la rang de arta, prin motorizarile performante sau trenul de rulare impecabil. In al doilea rand luxul…un Audi te invaluie intr-o atmosfera placuta, dominata de materiale pretioase, finisate in cel mai delicat mod. Nu in ultimul rand design-ul…un Audi aduce in 2008 influente din arhitectura, arta modernista si design interior si le transpune intr-o caroserie de impact, in acelasi timp practica.</span></p>

Acest baby SUV reprezinta concentrarea intr-o singura entitate a unui sedan spatios si confortabil, a unui coupe sprotiv si a unui SUV mare, sigur si robust. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Partea frontala este dominata de grila single frame specifica Audi, dar si de noile faruri care pot fi echipate cu tehnologie xenon adaptiva si lumini de pozitie cu LED-uri, Day time Running Lights. Ca o mica paranteza, acest sistem confera un plus de siguranta si este foarte spectaculos mai ales pe timp de noapte. De asta s-au convins multi soferi, printre care si eu, care am ramas uimiti la vederea unui A5, A5 sau R8 ruland noaptea cu acest sistem. Spre deosebire de modelele ante mentionate, Q5 are acest sistem dispus in partea superioara a farurului, ca o pereche de spancene care incrunta si dau un aspect agresiv blocurilor optice. Aceste elemente optice dau un plus de robustele si o tusa high tech botului. Nota sportiva este sustinuta de grilele secundare de admisie a aerului care par a fi preluate de la coupe-ul S5. <span> </span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;">Sportivitatea este principala caracteristica a design-ul Audi si este exprimata pe laterale de geamurile filiforme si de linia plafonului puternic plonjata, ca la un coupe. Mai mult decat atat, taietura geamului lateral trei este caracteristica lui A5. Similitudinile cu A5 se opresc insa aici, cel putin pentru partea laterala. Jantele si linia mediana laterala sunt modificate pentru un plus de forta. Daca la coupe linia mediana urma formele pasajelor rotilor si se transforma intr-o forma organica, la Q5 aceasta linie este aproape dreapta, fapt ce creaza umeri proeminenti si impresia de robustete. Dupa cum spuneam jantele sunt si ele diferite. Asta nu trebuie sa vina ca o dezamagire pentru fanii jantelor “pale de turbina” de pe A5. De ce?! Pai, in primul rand spitele sunt mai subtiri si mai rare decat in cazul coupe-ului si in acest fel curiosii vor avea un “front row view” asupra etrierilor sistemului de franare. Asta pentru un plus de sportivitate. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-size:small;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Partea din spate este preluata de la Q7 si Metro Project Quattro. Usa cu comanda electrica a <span> </span>portbagajului invaluie colturile caroseriei si integreaza farurile. Aceasta constructie, pe langa simbolistica trade mark al SUV-urilor Audi, este foarte practica si faciliteaza incarcarea de obiecte voluminoase. Stopurile arcuite intr-o singura scara sunt preluate de la Metro Project Quattro, iar “ochii de pisica” si lumina de marsalier externalizate pe bara de protectie de la Q7. <span> </span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;">Plansa de bord este tipica Audi, atent structurata cu butoane lizibile si sateliti de comanda ergonomic plasati. Alura generala este cea de A4, insa cosorocul ce ascunde ecranul central este mai inalt si aproape vertical. Acesta solutie a fost implementata pentru a se complementa cu pozitia de condus mai inalta decat la modele de pe care plansa de bord orientata catre sofer a fost preluata. Cu podul palmei sprijinit de schimbatorul de viteze soferul poate actiona functiile sistemului audio cu foarte mare usurinta. La nivelul sistemului de climatizare cu trei zone accesul pare a fi restrictionat, pana la un anume punct, chiar de schimbatorul cutiei de viteze. Aceasta situatie reprezinta un impediment adevarat doar in cazul echiparii masinii cu o cutie manuala, al carui schimbator s-ar afla in dreptul acestor comenzi doar in pozitiile 1, 3 si 5. In cazul cutiei automate, pozitia D (drive) nu incomodeaza in niciun fel accesul catre climatronic. Interiorul este dominat de finete. Pentru acest model Audi a folosit tot ce era mai bun cand a venit vorba de piele, lemn sau aluminiu. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;">Din paleta larga de dotari se remarca suportul de pahare din consola centrala care poate fi prevazut cu unitate de incalzire/racire a recipientilor de bauturi. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;">Audi Q5 are cel mai mare ampatament din segmentul din care face parte, 2.81 metri lungime. Aceasta valoare a fost obtinuta gratie noii repartizari ale principalelor elemente mecanice ale masinii. De exemplu, diferentialul este plasat in spatele motorului, intre acesta si ambreiaj. Gratie acestei impartiri, axul fata a putut fi mutat mai mult catre botul masinii, fiind creat spatiul suplimentar. Habitaclul este suficient de mare pentru a acomoda cinci pasageri in conditii optime de confort. Bancheta spate se poate rabata si transforma capacitatea de 540 de litri a portbagajului in aproape 1.600 de litri. Pentru a spori ergonomia si capacitatea de depozitare a masinii, Q5 poate fi echipat cu sistemul telescopic organizare a spatiului disponibil pe A6 Avant sau Q7, dar si plasa despartitoare pentru bagajele mici.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;">Dotare intalnita initial la modelele SW de la Peugeot sau Scenic de la Renault, acoperisul panoramic si-a facut loc in lumea Coupe-urilor, sedan-urilor si acum in clasa SUV-urilor. In cazul lui Q5 ski dome-ul acopera aproape tot habitaclul si poate fi si deschis. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;">Pentru ca face parte din categoria SUV-urilor, Q5 este in primul rand o masina sigura. Fiecare dintre noi apreciem dotari ca centurile de siguranta in trei puncte pretensionate sau multitudinea de airbag-uri. Pentru placerea si siguranta noastra Audi a preluat din segmentul masinilor de lux o serie de sisteme menite sa ne protejeze tot timpul. Pentru acei soferi care, la fel ca si mine, gasesc manevrele de parcare ca pe o corvoada, Audi a echipat Q5 cu o mini camera video care furnizeaza imagini in timp real ecranului de pe bord atunci cand treapta R (reverse) este cuplata. Parca tot pentru mine, care imi uit mereu hands free-ul acasa si vorbesc la telefon non stop, Audi a implementat pe Q5 sistemul Lane Assist care anunta soferul daca a trecut peste linia de demarcatie a soselei fara sa semnalizeze in prealabil acest lucru, dar si sistemul Side Assist care “da unda verde” soferului cand doreste sa depaseasca alte masini sau sa schimbe benzile, asigurandu-l pe acesta ca niciun alt autovehicul nu se apropie din spate sau se afla in dreptul Q5-ului. Drumurile lungi pe autostrada devin placere si din pricina cruise control-ului adaptiv care mentine o distanta sigura fata de masina din fata. Daca esti cu capul in nori sau pur si simplu nu te pricepi la anumite operatii de mentenanta ale masinii, Q5 este dotat si cu sistem de monitorizare a presiunii din pneuri.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;">Noul sistem ESP este suficient de destept pentru a detecta daca masinii i-au fost montate spatii suplimentare de depozitare pe plafon. In acest caz centrul de greutate al masinii s-a schimat si este mai inalt, iar sistemul ESP intra mult mai repede in actiune decat de obicei restrangand limitele la care Q5 poate fi impins. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;margin:0;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;">Iar pentru ca este un SUV, aceasta mica bomba poate ataca aproape orice tip de teren, de la borduri si gropi, pana la vaduri sau suprafete acoperite cu apa, zapada sau noroi si iarba. Sistemul de tractiune integrala Quattro este prezent la datorie si imparte puterea intre cele doua punti in proportie de 40:60 pentru a asigura un comportament sportiv specific unei masini cu tractiune spate. La nevoie, sistemul de tractiune poate transmite pana la 65% din puterea motorului catre rotile fata si pana la 85% catre spate.</span></p>

Prima are o capacitate de 2.0 litri si in configiratia TFSI dezvolta 211 CP. Echipat cu aceasta motorizare, Q5 accelereaza de la 0 la 100 km/h in 7.2 secunde. Gama diesel este formata din popularul diesel de 2 litri TDI si, de data aceasta, 170 CP la care se adauga propulsorul 3.0 V6 TDI de 240 CP. Motorizarea diesel de 170 CP este racordata la cutia de viteze manuala in sase trepte in timp ce celelalte doua vor fi disponibile cu noua unitate DSG in sapte trepte. </span></p>

Intre cei trei noi jucatori Volvo XC 60, Mercedes GLK si Audi Q5 competitia este cea mai stransa, BMW fiind singurul care se pregateste de lansarea celei de-a doua generatii a micului SUV, X3. <span> </span></span></span></p>

Un palcoscenico importante, capace di fornirle visibilità assoluta e al contempo di rubare parte della scena all'altra reginetta dello show: l'inedita Audi Q5, rivale diretta della Mercedes GLK.</span></p>

Le motorizzazioni benzina e diesel sono riprese dalla gamma della berlina Classe C, mentre le trasmissioni saranno un manuale a sei </span><a href="http://www.inserire-annunci.com/-1/posts/6_Motori/0/"><span style="color:#000000;">marce</span></a><span style="color:#000000;"> e il sofisticato automatico 7-G Tronic. All'interno invece si nota la presenza del Command, raffinato sistema integrato di navigazione satellitare, audio alta fedeltà e telefono Bluetooth: il tutto gestibile tramite comandi vocali.</span></p>

<p>As soon as Mercedes released the R-Class here, I doubted it would have any success. It looked okay but nobody drives a van/box or whatever they call it anymore! Besides Mercedes have admitted themselves it was a <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/01/15/mercedes-admits-r-class-was-a-failure/">failure</a>.</p>
<p>So then they come along and bring the GLK. Seriously WTF? It's hideous! It looks like a glorified Lada!</p>
<p>The GLK was part of the 2008 Detroit Auto show.  Cleanse your eyes from that horrible Mercedes with these beauties..</p>

<p>HBO’s <i>Sex and the City</i> was known for its ability to stir up fashion buzz, and if Mercedes has its way, the upcoming <i>Sex and the City</i> movie<i> </i>might stir up some car buzz too. Kim Cattrall’s character was recently spied on the set getting out of a yet-to-be-unveiled Mercedes-Benz GLK. For the automotive-challenged yet fashionably conscious among the crowd, this would be like seeing her with a Hermes bag that hasn’t hit the runway. Looks like Mercedes is sponsoring the entire movie too (see Chris Noth’s character below bolting out of his S550).</p>

Unless you are Kim Cattrall, good luck getting in a GLK.
