Here I have the DVD version for the anime Kanokon till episode 8, will update this post when I get the remaining ones later. As usual I will compare the difference between the DVD and TV broadcast versions. There a few things that I notice about the way they do the censoring.

1. They cover the them with mist or fog especially during bathing time.
2. The erase off the nipples.
3. They crop the viewing area - that means you wont see the sensitive parts.
4. They make the anime run faster - I dont know how to explain this, its like running 20 frames per second compared to the normal 10 frames per second. The character's movement will be faster - that means you wont see or notice the ero parts.

And I noticed that some scenes from the DVD doesnt appear in the TV version. Anyway, only episode 2 and 8 have uncensored scenes, you can also see one during the opening theme as shown below.

Als nächstes gibt es den Batch Torrent für Naisho no Tsubomi mit den ersten beiden Episoden als Version 2! Natürlich nur Softsub, so viele Fehler waren ja nicht drin. Haben eigentlich nur den Typeset ausgebessert, wenn man bedenkt das die erste Episode überhaupt keinen hatte.

Nun zum dritten Teil dieser News!

Gestern startete die Connichi die größte Veranstaltung über Anime von Fans für Fans.

Durch Lafiel oder auch kA-Oz werden auf der Connichi die ersten beiden Episoden von Natsu no Sora gezeigt! Zwar sind das noch unfertige Versionen, jedoch könntet ihr wenn ihr da seid einen kleinen Blick drauf erhaschen.

They have various mishaps and borderline hentai mischief, with a very slim plot. At one point, an enemy arrives to claim "Onii-san" for herself, giving out various hits to characters in attempts to take out Chizuru. This situation is resolved when Kouta reawakens Chizuru's sealed powers (shown by loss of her huge breasts) and they became a super-sayian-nine-tailed fox. The unexplained motive remains that way and the series ends without tying up these loose ends. They might have been hoping for a second season, since these are based off of light fiction novels, so surely there is more story to work with here.

From episode 01, the animation was up and down in quality, varying from sensual to gross looking block characters. The draw of the show was definitely summed up in "It can't go any further than THIS!?" and then pushing the envelope in what could be contained in a non-hentai series. This is further thrown out the window in the mini-episodes on the DVD release, which I've gotten to see up to volume 03. Any censorship (aka no nipples) is disregarded on the DVDs. The first few minutes is more of a slide-show with progressively dirty pictures featuring first Chizuru, then Nozomu, and lastly being Akane (so far). There's then a short animation sequence, usually featuring uncensored toplessness and more almost-sexual content.

This series was more like a dirty pleasure than anything else. The story was bad, the art was all over the place, and it was full of sexuality. I might have enjoyed it more, and I imagine the male audience would have as well, if the male protagonist wasn't so..shouta. He was obnoxious to watch, uninteresting, feminine sounding, and hardly sexy. It's almost better he NEVER manned up, because I can't imagine him taking any kind of masculine position sexually, and would probably only sum up to being accidentally hilarious. Nozomu, while also vying for his affection, worked best as pan-humor character. She rarely spoke, when she did, it tended to be pretty funny. Besides her rare comedic moments, and the sex, this show really has nothing positive going for it at all. The romance is unfeasible, since only one of the characters is attractive at all. In fact, I found myself more interested in Tayura and Akane's budding relationship than anything doing with Chizuru or Nozomu. If they got their own spin-off, I'd gladly watch it. Keep the rest away from me.

I feel dirty when watching these DVD specials...maybe it's because I watch them at night when my room is empty. >_> Or probably because of the fact that I enjoy hearing Noto Mamiko getting r@p3d by Kawasumi Ayako...disregarding the fact that Mamiko is the shouta of course!! ^_^

But the fact is, I'm enjoying Kanokon for what it is and look forward to the next episodes...if only for the DVD Specials!! ^_^ For now, let's enjoy iinchou pantsu!

From the previous post, I mentioned that I downloaded the Kanokon DVD specials. They simply aren't on the ecchi level anymore... they were hentai already, LOL. For me the Chizuru special was the best one. Here are some screenies to encourage you guys to download it, hehe.

The Nozomu specials were kinda off for me. I mean, they're LOLI. The only lolis that I enjoyed in my life are perhaps Strike Witches(not all of them are lolis but the show is catagorized that way) and Shana (and she isn't on the ecchi area too.).

On a side note, take a look at another difference between the DVD version and the normal airing of To-LOVE-RU. Even the opening part has some censorship on Lala's ass.

As for the ending which features different shots of Lala in bikini, I have yet to compare the two versions. There seemed to be no differences but Lala looked hotter in the DVD version though. Or maybe it's just the effect of having Lala in widescreen and in DVD color quality.

I downloaded the DVD version of To-Love Ru and to my enjoyment, it is uncensored. But as I took screenshots the results were blurred. Take for example the picture above. The original picture does contain some steam but the resulting picture contains a lot of steam. Argh... Now I am so unhappy that I can't share screenies steamed scenes screenies. But I promise to try my best to generate screenies that still show the nipples.

Now that I think of it. The steam seems to be thicker in this screenshot of Tsukiumi. The same thing goes to the epic post of Kallen shower scene. Darn it!

Btw, I recommend Kanokon DVD for those who haven't seen it yet. I haven't seen the DVD yet and I won't be seeing it but if the normal air is on the ecchi and hentai borderline, I bet that the DVD is on the H-territory already. I downloaded the specials from the limited DVD and they were damn great.

Other than feasting myself on ecchi and fanservice animes, I'm doing a 'research' on animes that are released in DVD or Bluray formats. As you have already know till now, these kind of formats usually have extra scenes or director's cut in them and the best part is the anime are totally uncensored for some of the titles. I'll try to upload as much as possible in here depending on how fast I can get my hands on them because not all DVDs are the same - depends on its originality and where it was released and produced. I recently bumped into an image, supposedly to be CC from Code Geass R2 that was posted in this BLOG. Pity it is in Japanese and after some time trying to translate it, it was a scene from episode 1-Bluray version. Here we can clearly see CC's nipples :D . Image below.

I just finished unlocking the great mysteries for the Ikkitousen Dragon Destiny DVD that you can view HERE, other projects that is going on for now is Kimi Ga Aruji De Shitsuji Ga Ore De or They are my Noble Masters (episode 1) and Penguin Musume Heart (I have till episode 7). Samples below.

To LoveRu Trouble and Kanokon (so far its dvd release doesnt contain any uncensored image, still waiting for other releases). For Kanokon there is the DVD specials that are uncensored though. Sekirei is also in my list and they released episode 9 uncensored a few days ago (that you can view HERE), not sure why since Sekirei's DVD official release is in October this year. By the way, I'm still searching for other possible anime, will update them in full batch once they are released.

Still with Chizuru as the playmate, but this time she cums with style. Nozomu is in this episode also but she chooses to sleep instead. Chizuru is the santa claus while Nozomu is the reindeer. I was hoping for a fresh character especially Chizuru's mom :D - anyway feast your eyes with Chizuru's blossoms while waiting.

But I can't find myself to enjoy Chizuru with how pale and .. floppy .. she is. And oh god that face of hers.

Anyway, the first of two bonus videos for this third DVD is Christmas-themed. Kouta wakes up to find two large presents by his bed. It's far too obvious to the viewer what .. or who.. is in each box. The big one bursts open and reveals Chizuru, who proceeds to strip and rub herself all over Kouta in embarrassing ways. I say her actions here were much more risque than that in the first DVD special. Sadly here, Nozomu remains asleep in the box, and we don't get to see her in action.

The second video is a two-minute magazine-style shoot of Akane, the class representative. She goes from tsuntsun to deredere throughout the video ... and from clothed to unclothed. It feels quite out of character with her to see the later shots. And surprisingly in those later ones, I could barely tell her apart from Chizuru. Same pale skin; same horrid face. The main difference is bust size, sure, but I don't really look too closely at that anyway after a certain limit.

I'll keep downloading these though out of morbid curiosity. I got my bewildered Kouta in this one, though, so there are some happy points. Missed out on Nozomu. And I'll look forward to the Mio one if this trend continues of having an expose on every female character.

Seeing as I've been watching anime on the fanservicey side lately, I thought it was about time to watch Kanokon, which I gave up after watching the first episode last season. Last season, I wasn't in the mood for something with fanservice like Kanokon or Rosario + Vampire, let alone something borderline soft pr0n! ^_^'

I didn't even give it a chance even if it meant hearing Noto Mamiko and Kawasumi Ayako r@p1ng each other or Saito Chiwa being all iinchou-ish. But now, I'm even able to handle the rubbing and application of some medicinal loli toad piss! ^_^

Also, those DVD's extra have a whole lot more than what I originally expected! I wondered how Kanokon itself made it to Area 11 air-waves if it was border line soft pr0n, but that's nothing compared to the extras! I especially liked that second one with dead pan loli wolf Nozomu and the video camera. Some great stuff right thurr!!
