From September 27 - October 5 there will be a celebration of life and art called burning life. Burning life is a virtual party of sorts based off the real world celebration called Burning Man which is held in Nevada.

This year my friends Delena and August are joining me to create a theme camp for the event we are calling “The Pimp & Ho Training Camp”. We jokingly came up with the idea to submit in an attempt to get a prime spot. Well.. we got one!

So we are really excited about all the fun nonsense that will shortly commence! We are making tons of freebies for the event, go team AlleyCat Studios! We will have funky pimping music courtesy of August the Mack, and bling pimp cups courtesy of the exotic Delena, decor will be done by me, Cathereine Night, and we hope to kidnap…err.. that is grab… err.. get some people to help with events and atmosphere.

Ei bine, asta nu-i iarta, si crimele sunt atat de bine executate, aproape perfecte incat se pune problema ca ar fi chiar cineva din interiorul politiei. Adica, ori Pacino ori De Niro. I work downtown, which I absolutely adore. There's this little old folks' home (or something like that) across the street from the parking lot where I park. Little old people are always riding around on their motor scooters outside. I always see this one "couple" riding their scooters together. I always wave to them.

Earlier this week, I was leaving for the day. As I was pulling out of the lot, the little old man flagged me down. He rolled across the street and pulled up next to my car and said, "Margie and I always see you skipping to your car. I think you'd do my grandson good."

What?! He thinks I'd do his grandson good?!?

I was so taken aback, I didn't know what to say, so I just responded with, "Sir, I don't go around just sleeping with anybody!"

And then realized, that totally was not what he meant.

He laughed so hard though, I thought he was going to fall off that scooter.

Hi everybody

I have recently started "pimping" my MacBook. I have downloaded quite a few applications, plugins and stuff like that.

I downloaded Witch application switcher, this is a great switcher if you're the kind of person that uses a lot of programs and a lot of windows open at the same time, I have used this loads since getting it and I recommend it.

I also got Butler, this is a handy little application which puts applications and google search in the menu bar at the top of the screen, this is very handy if you have a crowded dock or like to use google searching alot.

Camoflauge is very useful if you are not on Leopard but want the clean desktop. it hides all of everything on the desktop but keeps the wallpaper, it looks great and makes your Mac loads easier to use.

Cleardock is used to remove the white "glass" behind your dock, colour it, or change the transparency of it. I use it because it makes my icons easier to read when I mouse over them. It also looks great with Camoflauge. This only works with the Application Enhancer which will be on the same site that is linked here.

I also looked for a Facebook Chat standalone which turned out to be called Gabtastik. This is very useful if you dont want to keep switching back and forth from windows to use Facebook Chat, I suppose you could use Witch though. This also supports Meebo and Gtalk

Most of these come from ManyTricks.com which is a very useful site for people like me. I got Butler and Witch from this site. I love it and hope you use this guys apps too because you're missing out if you don't.

That's it really, Its Friday tommorrow, that means...PE, Art, Antics and several barrels full of laughs.

I don't know about you yet, but I personally don't know a thing when it comes to the absolute truth about everything there is to know about everything that is. In fact, I am so glad of that fact that I am compelled to write about it so you can tell me if I am crazy. I was thinking just now, what would be your job title if your job was to be the One with all the answers? Would you work out of your house? Who would be your boss? (there seems to always be one) And can you imagine your cell phone bill? Oh my...

I was just dwelling on the thought that right now, I really don't know all that much when it comes to all-certain-there-is-no-error-possible type knowing. The fact is, I do not know, and I am actually cool with that. The next thought is really the impetus that started as the thought that led to my rambling in public once more.

So my question of myself is: Why am I not freaked out about not having the remedy for my current state of affairs? Why am I actually finding freedom with not being in control of "how" it all works out until it manifests as what I really want? Is it patience, passivity, complacency, sacrifice? Or is it trust?

Trust.

It matters little to me if you are a Christian, an Atheist, a Buddhist, or a Pimp, at some point you have to trust something, or someone, even if it is yourself. So the question that follows is: What level of control am I willing to relinquish in order for my dream to become a reality?

Place your trust somewhere.

I trust God but I also trust myself because I have learned to trust the innate instinct that comes from being alive and awake in this physical element we call human being. I am aware that animals ran for higher ground before the terrible Asian tsunami in 2004, while humans took pictures. Yet I am equally certain that while you and I are curious by nature, we also possess all it takes to have a trust level in our own instincts that cannot and should not be throttled by the teachings of the ones, whether they be professors or preachers, who would keep you from your completely and totally becoming who you really are.

Who are you really?

One way you can really know is to let go of the fear of asking the questions that are burning in your heart even as you read these words. You know which ones I mean, the ones you know that to ask them and then get certain answers could and would change everything. Just your asking could change everything. If only you would ask.

Here's the deal: It is the awareness of the question that is the hint of truth that there is truth that has not yet been offered. Trust the question and in the asking lies the answer. You deep down already know the answer, and you just need to get it out in the open and decide how you feel about it. There is freedom in asking. There is even more freedom in getting the answers. It is good to ask. It is even better to insist on the truth.

Let the chips fall where they may.

So in our asking we are making the conscious choice to challenge the system that we have known up to the point of the asking. This choice will lead to the beginning stages of discovering who you really are. Don't let popular opinion make your decisions for you. Don't let anyone lead you away from what your heart tells you is true. Truth is not always the same for each and every person... and that is quite by design. Truth is personal. Think about it.

Think. About. It.

Think! My friend, your opinion is important. It should be heard, for without your opinion there might never exist a reality called world peace. Without your input it might take longer than necessary to get this planet (and its management) on track with what's best for our Earth.

You know, it might ultimately be proven that I know nothing. I may have to adjust my thinking as new information comes along, but for today what I know is that as long as I make an intentional choice to press for truth, never settling for anything that leaves me less than completely satisfied, I can wait for the answer as long as it takes. Time is an illusion anyway, so it may just work itself out overnight.

They borrow money from mega rich investors and then gamble on investments in the hopes that they will make money. Lots of money. The worst though, are the hedge funds. These financial shit-holes are not governed by any federal oversight whatsoever. They can do whatever the fuck they want. In fact, the fed allowed them to print up $3 worth of debt to every $1 in actual circulation. Then, with a real cash base of only 10-15%, when the funds are actually called due (Can you say Bear Stearns?) the bottom falls out. "Sorry, we ain't got the money to pay our bills." Sounds alot like the muthafukkas gettin' they houses foreclosed on dont it? But ain't nobody bailing they asses out! They just send the marshall to get you out the house and put your shit on the curb and call it a day. Your shit is now bank owned. But Secretary of the Treasury Paulsen (former Chairman & CEO of Goldman Sachs.. who's personally worth an estimated $700,000,000 wink wink) says if the government just allows the shit to happen then there will be repercussions that will affect the American people. Grosse soirée hier alors que Vincent et moi nous partâmes à l'aventure dans les confins des différentes banlieues de Montréal pour aller à la recherche de pièces de voiture... Nous somme donc aller dans un magasin des plus (imagines votre garde-robe avec un bureau dans le fond, bin wala), au bout de l'autoroute 15 vers le nord (bin, pas le bout complètement, mais crissement loin) et finalement à Terrebonne... 2h30 à se promener pour finir à l'orange Julep pour souper à 9h30, que de joie! J'ai donc une nouvelle suspension pour mon bazou, ça va la remonter d'une couple de pouces (ouaip, j'ai pas lifté mon 4x4, mais je vais lifter mon char, go figure) et des beaux mags avec des pneus, c'est pas mal hawt...

Sinon, life is still life, j'rencontre du monde vriament kewl en faisant du co-voiturage, cette semaine j'avais une fille qui a commencé à sortir avec un gars d'Halifax y'a deux mois, ça fait un mois qu'ils se sont pas vus et ils partent pour le Pérou ce mercredi, pretty fucked ain't it? Aussi une madame avec son enfant qui vit à Montréal et son chum est à Gatineau alors une semaine sur deux elle se déplace et l'autre semaine c'est son chum (c'est kioute)... J'ai aussi eu une madame qui passe son temps entre le Québec le Pérou... quand elle s'est divorcée elle est partie en voyage et finalement elle a décidé de faire des projets au Pérou, elle revient au Québec pour ramasser de l'argent et elle y retourne après... Ça fait un bout de temps qu'elle fait ça et elle vient juste d'être acceptée par les gens là bas, pas mal bizarre, à quelque part elle avait l'air de trouver que les gens qui vivent dans d'autres pays qu'elle a visité étaient plus sympathiques, mais elle fait quand même ses projets là, faut pas chercher à comprendre =P

C'est chill de me déplacer entre Gat et Sherbrooke, aussi surprenant que certaines personnes peuvent trouver ça, je rencontre du people et ça me permet de vous revoir au lieu de faire comme l'année passée où je me suis ennuyé de vous autre en calvaire =)
