250 g Quark

50 g Schmand

100 g (Vollmilch-) Joghurt

½ Bund Petersilie

Salz und Pfeffer

1 Zwiebel

2 Stiele Thymian

2 EL Senf

Chilipulver

½ Bund Dill

½ Bund Schnittlauch

4 Hähnchenbrustfilet

Zubereitung:

Kartoffeln waschen und mit Schale 20 Minuten in Salzwasser kochen. Abgießen, in Alufolie einwickeln und auf der Grillkohle 20 Minuten garen.

Für den Kräuterquark Quark, Joghurt und Schmand verrühren. Petersilie, Dill und Schnittlauch waschen, trocken schütteln und fein hacken bzw. in Röllchen schneiden. Kräuter unterrühren, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.

Zwiebeln schälen und fein hacken. Thymian waschen, trocken schütteln und die Blättchen abzupfen, beides mit Senf und Chilipulver mischen. Hähnchenbrustfilets waschen, trocken tupfen und in jedes eine Tasche schneiden. Senf-Zwiebel-Creme einfüllen. Fleisch mit Holzspießen verschließen, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen und auf dem heißen Grill ca 30 Minuten unter Wenden grillen.

Mit Folienkartoffeln und Kräuterquark anrichten.

Zubereitungszeit: ca. 30 Min.

Now, with the release of this DVD, I'll be able to see how accurate my memorization was, after 30-plus years. I don't know why this quote has stayed with me all this time. Either it operates as a kind of excellent Buddhist koan, or it's just darn funny.

Zutaten:

• 1 Tortenboden (Bisquitboden)
• 1 Pck. Mohrenköpfe
• 500 g Quark
• 1 Becher Sahne
• 1 Pck. Sahnesteif
• 1 Pck. Vanillezucker
• 1 Spritzer Zitrone

Zuerst die Waffelböden von den Mohrenköpfen entfernen, aber nicht essen sondern aufheben, die werden später noch gebraucht :O). Die Mohrenköpfe und den Quark in einer Schüssel vermischen, Sahne mit Sahnesteif und Vanillezucker steif schlagen und unter die Quarkmasse heben. Einen Spritzer Zitrone hinein mischen, die gibt dem Ganzen den "Frische Kick" *lol* (Mensch hört sich das bescheuert an, aber ich hab keine Ahnung wie ich es sonst beschreiben soll). Nun die Masse gleichmäßig auf dem Tortenboden verteilen und mit den Waffenböden verzieren.

Después mucho tiempo, Quark ha decidido mejorar y actualizar QuarkXpress de una manera decidida y rotunda. Esta vez no se trata, como todas las anteriores actualizaciones [desde la versión 3 casi todo era igual] de un lavado de cara y alguna utilidad.

Esta vez para empezar han cambiado el interface, que ya no es tan austero. Han mejorado toda la aplicación en su conjunto e incluso han pensado en el diseñador para que haga más cosas con menos pasos. Nuevas herramientas, nuevas utilidades, mejoras en la relación con Photoshop e Ilustrator, nuevos formatos de exportación e incluso verdaderas funcionalidades multimedia.

Hasta aquí muy bien. Los enamorados de Quark, a pesar de Indesign, estarán encantados y más enamorados que nunca, pero...

Yo que he sido un fiel amigo de QuarkXpress durante años, ahora desde la barrera de Indesign creo que Quark no conseguirá derrotar a Adobe. Adobe es la propietaria del sistema en el que esta basado nuestro trabajo; Postscript, PDF, Photoshop, Ilustrator [y Freehand], Acrobat. Difícilmente Quark conseguirá una buena licencia para exportar de manera efectiva a PDF, o para entenderse con los archivos de Photoshop o Illustrator como lo hace InDesign.

Por no hablar del precio. Quark y solo Quark se venderá a partir de agosto sobre los 1300 euros, mientras que Adobe vende el paquete Creative Suite [Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Indesign, Dreamweaver] por 2200.

Igual me equivoco y esto significa la reaparición de un viejo conocido del que nos volvemos a enamorar. ¿Hacemos la encuesta? ¿Cuántos de vosotros trabajáis con InDesign? ¿Cambiarías?

Today I had guests for tea.  I ended up having one extra person.  At one point I thought I might have two. I panicked about my catering, as I didn't have enough of anything for seven people to eat, except I had a lot of potatoes.  My mind cleared beautifully and I envisioned clouds of steaming mashed potato.  The only thing that I could envision with them was sausages, mainly because I had a packet in the fridge and if I didn't cook them today they would have to be thrown away.  The original idea was to cook them for the children and to cook something lovely, nourishing and slimming for Jason and I.  In the end with extra guests to cater for, I sent Jason to the supermarket for more sausages, resigned myself to failing to go to my weigh in on Monday and started cooking.

We had mash with sausages, peas, carrots and onion gravy.  It was divine.  It was a dinner from the Gods.  I haven't eaten anything so rib stickingly filling for weeks, and as I type this it feels as though I have a twelve pound boulder lurking in my belly.  It's a good boulder though, a happy, chipper boulder.

Here are some thoughts on the whole mash experience:

Mashed Potato:

You've got to get good potatoes.  It's no good settling for any old chutney. It just won't work.  Good, solid, potatoes that don't start falling apart and aren't all weird and yellowy.  I think I used King Edwards today. I can't remember, I was in a guest panic.

Peel them as thinly as possible.  All the vitamins and minerals are in a potato skin.  The less of it you peel away, the better it is for you.  Lots of vitamins are water soluble, so the shorter the cooking time and the less water you use the better it is for you.  Just cover the tops of the potatoes.

Cut them into small, regular chunks.  The smaller they are, the quicker they cook and the easier they are to mash.

Drop them into already boiling, salty water (use boiled water from the kettle, it's quicker).  Stand back while dropping them in.  The splash will burn you (I speak from bitter experience).

Depending on the size of your chunks (which should be even, so they cook at the same time and you don't get raw lumps and soupy bits), they should take between five and ten minutes to cook.  Poke them with a sharp knife or skewer to check.  If the potato chunk slides easily off the skewer it is cooked.

Drain them immediately.  If you leave them in the water they will start to soak it up and go all 'funny'.  Potatoes which are all 'funny' are not good.

Leave them in their own steam for a moment or two, this helps them to be less wet and we want dry potatoes.  Shaking them in the colander might help a bit.

The main thing with mashed potatoes is the quality of the masher.  A regular hand masher is alright, but a gridded one will work better than one of those fancy looking wavy ones.  They just don't have enough oomph to obliterate the potatoes properly.

The best thing for mashing potatoes and providing perfectly lump free mash every time is a potato ricer.  They aren't cheap, but you can sometimes find them in TK Maxx for about half what you would pay for one in a proper cookshop.  These are brilliant and I haven't looked back since the day I bought one.  It is a sort of large garlic press for potatoes.  You rest the body of it over your saucepan and spoon the potatoes into the top.  When it is nearly full you bring the lid down and squeeze the top and bottom halves together.  The potato spurts out the bottom of the ricer in wormy strands of lump free marvellousness and all is well in the world of lump free potato.  You do have to have pretty good biceps though, and if your potato pieces aren't small enough and unevenly cooked you will have a total nightmare of a time.

Once the potato is mashed to your satisfaction, you may add the naughty bits.  If you're using a potato masher of the traditional variety you may want to add these elements first to make it easier to mash.  I just add butter (always butter, never marge.  What's the point?), salt and pepper.  Other people swear by milk or cream or mayonnaise.  Whatever grabs your fancy really.  If you're using a ricer add the butter afterwards. It's a lot easier.  All you have to do is stir it through with a spoon.

On a day when I'm in need of total comfort I then spoon all the potato into an oven proof bowl.  I ripple the top of the potato with a fork to make tractor lines and then dab bits of butter and salt and pepper all over the top, popping it into a hot oven for about ten minutes until all the potatoey ridges are golden and crispy.  If I'm in a hurry, which I frequently am with three small children to feed, I don't bother with this bit and just dollop it onto the plate any old how straight from the pan.

Slimming World Mashed Potato

If you have a potato ricer Slimming World syn free mash is easy because it smushes the potato so finely you don't really need a binding agent.  It will however be rather dry.  If you can live with this, or are going to douse it in gravy it doesn't really matter. If you can't you can always try using spoonfuls of fat free natural yogurt or even Quark, both of which are free foods and both of which will act as a binding agent.  It will however come out with a more tart flavour than regular mash, but it is better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, and if you're making Quorn Shepherds Pie it works really, really well.

Onion Gravy:

There are lots of ways to do onion gravy.  I would make mine with wine but my husband doesn't like it.

Mainly the thing to remember is onions, onions and stock.  I like my onion gravy very oniony.  There isn't really any juice from sausages except fat, which i don't want, so I just use onions and stock.

I take two medium sized onions and dice them finely (usually red onions because I like their milder flavour.  Shallots if I'm being daring).

I put them in a pan with a smidgen of oil (unless it's Slimming World when I use frylight).  I sometimes use a splash of Waitrose excellent garlic olive oil here, which gives everything a bit more flavour.  You can make your own garlic olive oil by dropping raw garlic into some olive oil, but I can't be arsed when you can buy it from Waitrose and it tastes great.

Sometimes at this stage I might add a spoon full of castor sugar or a spoon full of grainy mustard.  If I am alone I might add a splash of wine, or balsamic vinegar.

I cook the onion down for a few minutes, with a pinch of salt to stop it browning.  Then I add stock.  I sometimes use Joubere's excellent chicken stock which you can buy in cartons from supermarkets. Other times I use Swiss Marigold Bouillon.  I never use beef stock because it's too rich for my taste with sausages.

I cook it down until it looks and tastes acceptable to me and bob is my onion gravy.

Sausages:

I buy the best sausages I can afford. Nothing I can say will make them syn free so I don't even bother.  I don't like things that pretend to be sausages so I don't bother with meat free substitutes.  I either bite the bullet and eat sausage or I don't.  Today I bit the sausage bullet and it was lovely.  We had chunky pork and Aberdeen Angus beef with cracked black pepper ones.  They were fab.

Questo è uno schizzo che ho fatto su un soggetto che mi è stato suggerito e che ho trovato suggestivo. Carboncino su carta comune (qualcuno mi ucciderà per questo, ma non voleva essere niente di serio), però non sono sicuro di esserne soddisfatto:

Lo scorso 23 giugno è scomparso all'improvviso Claudio Capone: una delle più grandi voci italiane del mondo del doppiaggio e, soprattutto, il grande accompagnatore vocale di migliaia di servizi e documentari di Quark e programmi similari. Con quelle trasmissioni, e con quei documentari, sono cresciuto ed ho sviluppato il mio amore per la natura e la scienza. E per me la sua voce era arte.

I documentari non saranno più gli stessi senza di te. Addio Claudio, e grazie di tutto. :(

Perhaps you’ve seen the commercials by print giants like Xerox and Hewlett-Packard, in which they espouse how cheap print has become? Indeed, the cost to generate color print these days is, in fact, much less expensive for businesses than it was just a few short years ago.

While printers and the consumables they use have become more accessible to businesses on a budget, there remains an unnecessary hidden cost in print output and electronic publishing—the cost of ill-prepared content.

The origin of content
The amount of content businesses generate these days is mind-blowing. It’s disseminated in any number of ways—in print products such as brochures, marketing and sales collateral, advertisements, educational and training materials, presentations and so on. In combination with their print initiatives, businesses also have “new media” opportunities—creating content for electronic communications, such as the Web, an Intranet, DVDs and CD-ROMs, and e-newsletters—each medium requiring that the content be prepared just a little differently based on its output intention.

David Creamer, owner of I.D.E.A.S. Training, Bonsall, CA, says that there is greater burden on businesses to develop strategies for both print and e-media, and as a result, must understand the nuances of how content should be prepared for each “product.” A document intended for print, for example, must be created in a very different way than content destined for a corporate Intranet.

Fundamentally, content for print and content for electronic distribution, differ in color space. A file bound for the Web should be set up to enable a monitor—which reads color in variations of red, green and blue—to read and reproduce the file. Electronic files should be also be “low resolution,” meaning there are fewer pixels required (and, thus, a smaller file size) to view on a monitor.

Conversely, print is a bit pickier. Most printers read and process in four-colors (cyan, magenta, yellow and black, “CMYK) and require very-high-resolution graphics and text in order to output crisply.

Clearly, it complicates operations for businesses—dealing with how to take all this content, massage it into a form that’s needed, and then getting it there. When content is not prepared correctly, based on its output intention, there is a cost—sometimes hard, sometimes soft—to “fix” the content.

“Making content” is very much like a manufacturing assembly line. As an automobile is being created, it passes along various production stages, where parts are added until the car is complete. But what happens if the car skips a stage—leaving it without an engine block, for example—and no one notices the error until the car is rolling off the line. There is a cost by the manufacturer to disassemble that car, add the engine, and reassemble it until the car is whole.

Content is no different. Digital files that are incomplete or inappropriately created cost their creator time and money to fix.

“Everyone can make a PDF file on the computer simply by selecting the print-to-PDF option, for example. It does not mean that the file created is a production-quality PDF,” explains Steve Shinnick, vice president of sales for All Systems Integration, an international graphic arts and printing integration firm. In his role, Shinnick consults with businesses across the globe, and suggests and implements technologies that help his clients create, manage and distribute content is the most effective and cost-efficient way.

Fortunately, content creators don’t have to be formally trained graphic artists to prepare good files, suggests Shinnick. There are low-cost software solutions—commonly referred to in the print industry as “preflight” software—that help businesses ensure their content will render appropriately, no matter how it’s disseminated.

A preflight tool like Markzware’s FlightCheck Professional will adjudicate digital files and verify that output specifications are met.

The investment is minimal—just a few hundred dollars for a software solution that promises to save the average business untold amounts of time and money in the recreation of “problematic” digital files.

Warum verwenden wir Butter oder Margarine als Brotaufstrich? Oder zum Backen und Kochen? Fette sind vor allem für den Transport der Geschmackstoffe verantwortlich, d.h. ein Gericht mit mehr Fett hat einen intensiveren Geschmack (solange das Fett nicht selber zu sehr hervor schmeckt) Isst man ein Brot nur mit Käse, so hat man das Gefühl, das Brot sei trocken, was natürlich nicht stimmt, denn das Brot hat die gleiche Konsistenz, mit oder ohne Butter. Wir müssen nicht ganz auf Fette verzichten und in den letzten Jahren hat sich die Qualität der Fette schon deutliche verbessert, da kaum weniger sog. Transfette zum Einsatz kommen. Aber ich bin der Meinung, da wo Fette gut ersetzbar sind, sollte man sie auch ersetzen. Wir bekommen auch so genug von den notwendigen Inhaltsstoffen, die über Fette gelöst und in den Körper aufgenommen werden.

Ich will noch kurz erklären, dass irrtümlicher Weise viele meinen, Butter habe mehr Kalorien als Margarine, was aber nicht stimmt. Beide enthalten etwas 750 kcal pro 100g, der Unterschied liegt im Cholesteringehalt. Lediglich die sog. Halbfettmargarine enthält nur 375 kcal.

Viele von uns essen am Morgen Butterbrot mit Marmelade und damit sehr kalorienreich. Wer ab und zu im Hotel frühstückt, der weiß, wie schnell 50 oder 100g Gramm Butter verbraucht sind. Überlegt man sich, dass mit 100g Butter schon ein Drittel des täglichen Energiebedarfs gedeckt ist, dann würde man wohl etwas dünner streichen.

Die Butter dient wie gesagt nur zum verstärken des Geschmacks, was aber mit Magerquark (75 kcal/100g) viel besser gelingt. Man braucht auch weniger Marmelade, um den gleichen Geschmack zu bekommen und hat so nicht um 7.30 Uhr schon seinen halben Bedarf an Kalorien gedeckt. Der Einstieg in einen gesunden Tag! Having  studied the reasons for failure, the orgC of quark 08 began their work months in advance. The mistake was not repeated - gap between quark and waves was a decent 30 days this time and quark happened earlier. Care was also taken to keep the teams for both the events as disjoint as possible. Division was done more professionally with more care and every department that was involved in the event tried their best. The result was evident- abt a 1.3 million sponsorship amount, an outstation participation of 400 students and more than  registrations. Quark 08 showed that technical festivals can also be entertaining. rohan and bhiday came up with a software that took care of every participant's complete data reducing the woes at the registration desk as well as providing necessary information whenever necessary?  the total number of registrations for the events ended at a  4300..a very good participation for a technical event in an infant college like BPGC. An awesome work by the information management team that communicated for more than four months with the students and answered their queries, the publicity team that looked into the registrations and sending posters to good colleges in major citieslike  bangalore, hyderabad, mumbai, chennai, the spons who garnered a very respectable amount, all the assocs who worked for the betterment of their events led to the glory. The performance by the mime club was decent on the second day but was shadowed by the breath taking performance of the jugglers from the London "Feeding the fish". The standing ovation by everyone inside the auditorium after the show just gives a glimpse of their perfection.

Three workshops were a part of the three day event- aeromodelling, origami and telescope making . Stalls by major companies like Bosch, nVidia, Schlumberger, Reuters adored the library and the venues. Quark merchandise also was everywhere during the event- from notepads and pens to tshirts. The airshow was a great treat to the eyes. The gaps in between the events were covered by informals where akhil, pranshu, prateek and co did a wonderful job.

The result was the fantastic quark 08 :) whose  team was congratulated by many participants from other colleges via mails, calls and appreciation through blogs . At the end of the day,i only had one thing in mind, the caption would have been more apt, had it been redefining perfection rather than engineering perfection.

The software bundle, which also includes Microsoft's Live OneCare computer security software, will be sold at nearly 700 Circuit City stores for $ 70 per year.

Bryson Gordon, a group product manager for the Office group, said in an interview that the agreement with Circuit City Stores Inc. is not exclusive, and that the bundle will be available at other retailers and on PCs sold by the likes of Dell Inc. in the future.

Subscription pricing for software has become commonplace in businesses but is a relatively new concept for consumers. The Microsoft Equipt bundle - formerly code-named "Albany" - includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote, plus OneCare and a handful of existing free Windows Live applications.

Buying those programs the traditional way would cost about $ 200; consumers who want to replace Office 2007 with "Office 14," rumoured to be set for a 2009 release, would have to pay full price.

Under the subscription model, upgrading to a new version is included in the annual cost.

Gordon said Equipt is aimed at people who wouldn't ordinarily buy Office at the same time they purchase a new computer. Instead, they'd repurpose their old Office disks or pirate a friend's copy, he said.

But those same folks are willing to spend extra on security software, Gordon said, and that's why Equipt's $ 70 price tag falls between the high and low end of popular security programs from vendors such as McAfee Inc. and Symantec Corp.

Alle elementari questo mi consentiva di ricordare esattamente e ripetere tutto ciò che sentivo, anche a distanza di ore, parola per parola.

Utilizzavo questa mia capacità per studiare poco. Infatti la mia maestra aveva un metodo di studio molto efficace: la giornata si suddivideva in due parti, nella seconda parte lei spiegava, molto bene anche, gli argomenti del giorno dopo; nella prima parte invece ci faceva ripetere, ad uno ad uno, la lezione che aveva spiegato il giorno prima.  Siccome era molto brava e mi accorsi che la sua spiegazione riportava fedelmente quello che diceva il libro, smisi di aprirlo limitandomi ad ascoltare le spiegazioni. A casa giocavo e basta.

Mi ridussi ad aprire il libro solo se dovevo imparare qualche poesia, se c'erano esercizi scritti o se il giorno prima ero stata assente perdendomi la spiegazione. Però ero pigra e mi scocciavo di studiare anche quando ero assente, preferivo giocare. L 'obbligo di dover studiare quando ero assente mi pesava. Ma trovai la soluzione...

La maestra era solita nominare un capoclasse ogni giorno: lui o lei aveva l'onore , nella prima parte della lezione, di girare tra i banchi controllando che ogni alunno esponesse correttamente la lezione.

E avevo notato che il capoclasse ripeteva la lezione sempre DOPO tutti e che se ti offrivi per il ruolo la maestra era contenta.

Così ebbi l'Idea: quando ero assente non studiavo, e al ritorno mi offrivo come capoclasse, di modo che prima facevo ripetere ad ogni bambino la lezione del giorno prima, me la fissavo in mente, e alla fine esponevo la versione che mi ero imparata a runtime.

Tutto filò liscio per tantissimo tempo, poi evidentemente la maestra mi fece qualche lode di troppo suscitando le invidie dei ragazzi, comunque una mattina la fece ripetere prima a me e non sapevo che dire. QUesto non mi insegnò a studiare, mi insegnò che il metodo andava perfezionato

Così, quando mi assentavo, presi la abitudine di dare uno sguardo veloce perlomeno per sapere un accenno, in modo che se si fosse ripresentata la situazione avrei ricamato su una base.

Dopo qualche tempo tornò tutto calmo e ritornai al vecchio trucco.

La buona memoria mi venne in aiuto altre volte. Al liceo ad esempio.

Qui c'erano tanti professori e avevano solo la abitudine di indicare i paragrafi da studiare ma non li spiegavano MAI. Così si doveva per forza leggere il libro. Scocciatura. Arrivò la moda degli scioperi e delle manifestazioni: se c'era una manifestazione degli operai noi ci andavamo, se c'era quella delle casalinghe noi ci andavamo, soprattutto se si rischiava la interrogazione. Se c'era lo sciopero dei treni esultavamo dalla gioia. Eravamo la classe più solidale dei problemi altrui sulla faccia della Terra. Ci meritavamo il premio Nobel per il nostro altruismo.

Arrivammo al punto che la mattina radunandoci in stazione per prendere il treno assieme, dopo i bacini e bacetti, la prima domanda era: "Allora oggi che scusa abbiamo per fare filone?"

All'ultimo anno c'era Geografia Astronomica. A me piaceva ma mi scocciavo sempre di aprire il libro. Anche perché voci di corridoio assicuravano che NON sarebbe uscita come materia all'esame di maturità (infatti uscì Fisica).

Aprii il libro unica volta quando la prof.  ebbe l'idea di farci fare un compito scritto. Allora studiai tutto in una volta il giorno prima.

Un mese dopo non avevamo ancora avuto i risultati e c'era il solito sciopero deglo studenti. Siccome la prof. aveva detto che avrebbe interrogato volevamo aderire. Ma ne avevamo fatti così tanti che i professori avevano iniziato a stufarsi e minacciare rappresaglie, così la classe si era divisa: chi voleva entrare chi no, io ero per il no. Ma dopo mezz'ora alcuni entrarono e allora per non fare la figura dei dissidenti e prenderci la nota, entrammo tutti o quasi.

La prof. di Geografia Astronomica aveva portato i risultati del compito in classe. Decise quindi che avrebbe interrogato quelli che avevano avuto voti migliori. Purtroppo la prima ero io. E dico purtroppo perché avevo studiato solo per lo scritto, ma era passato oltre 1 mese e non avevo più letto niente, né tantomeno mi ricordavo cosa avevo scritto, anzi il buon voto manco me lo aspettavo nè mi interessava.

Comunque la prof. mi chiama alla lavagna e mentre mi avvicino escogito come evitare la figuraccia (sì ero la prima della classe e quindi non volevo dare la soddisfazione ai miei invidiosissimi compagni).

Qui mi è venuto in soccorso San Piero Angela. La sera prima, infatti, aveva fatto una bella trasmissione in occasione dell'arrivo del Voyager nei pressi di Urano (ve lo ricordate?) e il programma durò fino alla mezzanotte, con interviste, filmati vari e spiegazioni di ogni genere su Urano e sul Voyager.

Con fare normale chiesi alla prof. se aveva visto la trasmissione. Subito si accese in viso e con grande entusiasmo mi invitò a parlarne. Così trasformai la mia interrogazione in una riedizione di Quark, sotto gli occhi increduli dei ragazzi. Alla fine la prof. contentissima decise di chiamare anche qualcun altro (finalmente!!) e disse il nome di uno dei Crumiri che avevano deciso di non scioperare. Lui era indeciso ma per la serie "me dovevo pure vendica'" lo esortai a venire. E fu sistemato.

Finita qui? No!

L'ora successiva c'era Fisica e il prof. pure voleva interrogare e mi puntò. Sapevo che il trucco di prima non sarebbe servito, allora risposi che ero un po' stancuccia essendomi sgolata per la interrogazione precedente ma che comunque se il prof. voleva ero pronta anche subito, per la serie "Agli ordini comandante"

Era un pauroso bluff buttato là con la migliore delle facce da poker. Non ero pronta per niente. Ma il prof. decise di non vedere il mio bluff e chiamò qualcun altro.

Biologia

Sempre al liceo, la prof. ebbe questa fenomenale idea: interrogazioni programmate a nostro gusto. All'inizio del quadrimestre prendeva le prenotazioni e ogni alunno decideva il suo turno.

Più tardi ti prenotavi più argomenti dovevi portare, visto che lei mandava avanti il programma. ma d'altro canto prima ti prenotavi meno argomenti portavi ma poi c'era il pericolo di esser richiamato alla fine del quadrimestre per una rinfrescatina.

Ergo mi prenotavo sempre per ultima. Si, dovevo portare più argomenti, ma venivo interrogata solo una volta nell'intero quadrimestre e potevo evitare di studiare per tutto il tempo. Infatti una volta sentite le interrogazioni dei ragazzi praticamente avevi studiato. A me rimaneva da studiare davvero solo l'ultimo argomento tra la penultima interrogazione e l'ultima, un paragrafetto.

E nel frattempo avevo preso nota di quali erano gli argomenti che piacevano di più alla prof. e che era più probabile uscissero.

La prof. era bassa coi voti, tutti i nostri prof. lo erano, in quella sezione 7 era il massimo che ti davano. A me decise di dare 8.

Alla notiziai ragazzi protestarono perché se avessero saputo che lei metteva 8 si sarebbero impegnati di più nel loro turno. 

La prof. rispose che erano stati sciocchi e che se si fossero impegnati come mi ero impegnata io lo avrebbero già avuto!  Così decisero in massa di farsi riinterrogare pur di avere anche loro 8. 

Solo che io lo ebbi al primo colpo, e senza studiare tanto come loro.
