Un amic a ajuns la celebra stare de goliciune. Stare extrem de frecventa, foarte benefica pentru om, pentru omul care stie s-o aprecieze. Starea de data aceasta nu a aparut ca in cazul meu dintr-o deversare in masa a sentimetelor, ci din realitatea fizica. Tara l-a golit, si l-a adus in imposibilitatea de a mai face orice, de a mai simti orice.

Si astfel am discutat cu el despre nenumarate lucruri, aducand numeroase argumente contra tarii noastre, in favoarea ideii ca ea ne distruge total.

Ea ne face sa simtim dezgust, cel mai elevat din cate exista, sa nu mai iubim, sa nu ne pai putem indragosti, sa nu ne putem trezi, sa fim sclavi, sa plecam capul, sa ne facem eroii din oameni slabi si tradatori !!! In cursul unei discutii am ajuns la concluzia ca suntem tara perfecta pentru a instaura cre(s)tinismul. Caci da! La intrebarea "Ce e Dumnezeu pentru tine? " majoritatea enoriasilor ar raspunde prompt "Stapanul nostru!" . Si au dreptate, caci ei au nevoie de un stapan, nu de un tata intelegator. Am fost invatati sa iubim din teama, sa respectam puterea de a distruge, nu calitatile si iubirea. Caci da! avem nevoie de un stapan.

Tot in cursul discutiei am ajuns si la alte lucruri pe care tara aceasta nu le permite, si pe care din cauza ei nu le mai poti face sau nu mai poti fi, printre care : sa fii tu, sa gandesti, sa simti , sa fii femeie, acesta fiind pentru mine un subpunct la care am meditat ceva timp dupa si inca o fac, caci din dezgustul si ura sa pentru tara s-au nascut niste idei dure, reale, ascutite, brutale, dar cu o valoare de adevar cat se poate de mare.

Si cred ca a avut dreptate : in tara asta nu se poate sa mai fii femeie. Orice femeie e murdarita, distrusa, speriata, violata de feminitate. Nu mai vezi femei care sa fie elegante, inteligente si atragatore, printr-o feminitate pura. Nu vezi decat epave ale unor femei ce ar fi trebuit sa fie, dar nu au apucat niciodata. Sau vezi niste imitatii jalnice, femei cu buze in nuante sterse, ce se vor atragatoare si vii prin culorile pe care le au pe ele, dar de fapt sunt la fel de gri ca totul din jur, la fel de posomorate ca blocurile ce parca stau sa-mi darame lumea pe mine.

Prietenul acesta al meu pare sa ajunga treptat la fatalism, iar pentru mine e de-a dreptul extaziant, caci nu e vorba de un fatalism fanatic, ci de unul real, unul nascut din realitatea ce si-a pierdut culoarea.

In alta ordine de idei, fericirea nu e acolo unde o cautam, nu e atat de lunga pe cat am vrea , dar poate fi mai intensa decat ne asteptam.

Fericirea e in acea fata care te saruta cald, calm si matern pe ambii obraji, dandu-le foc, sarutandu-te ca pe un copil, cand stie de fapt ce monstru se afla in acea cutie. Fericirea e in acea mana care te apuca strans de umar pentru a te readuce la drumul ce il ai de urmat, mana acompaniata de un zambet protector. Fericirea e peste tot unde nu credem ca o putem vedea, dar din fericire, chiar daca noi suntem ignoranti, ea vine in bratele noastre. Fericirea e in ea, daca stii cum sa o imbratisezi.

Fericirea e pretutindeni... daca faci abstractie de locul acesta, tara noastra.

"Can you spell it for me?" Tara asked. "It's an 'R' name, like Reena, or Reanna, however you want to pronounce it. Just a minute, maybe it's Rhiannon. Is it Rhiannon, honey? Yes, it's Rhiannon. She's shaking her head 'yes.'"

"How old is she?" I wanted to know. After a moment Tara held up 8 fingers.

"What about the boy? What's his name? Can she tell us what his name is?"

Tara looked straight ahead again. "Matthew. She's spelling Matthew."

"Matthew?" I wondered. I thought his name was "Daniel." At least that's what I caught on the evp I recorded a couple of weeks ago. "Who's Matthew?" Is it possible that I heard the name "Matthew," on the recording but misunderstood? No, I didn't think that was the case. Matthew may be a different ghost altogether. Tara may also be making this up.

This is why many ghost hunters won't work with psychics during an investigation. They say it's hard or impossible to verify what the evidence psychics provide. So they rely on technology to do something they were never designed to do - detect ghosts. Go figure.

I really didn't think Tara was making anything up. I wouldn't have asked her to help us out if I did.

We walked to the yard on the south side of my house. Tara said it felt like a graveyard was there. She also said that she heard weeping in that area. "That's exactly what Tamela said," I thought to myself. We walked to the north side of the house.

"The little girl just came out when she saw us walking here," Tara said. "She likes this part of the yard." We talked a some more about the girl Tara was telling me that Rhiannon was there, as well as Matthew. "Rhiannon wasn't a part of this area at first, told me, she found her way here, and now she's protecting the boy from the dark man. He came down into the basement once and scared them. Now every time they hear him they hide.

She's telling me she's become attached to one of you. She's attached to Cheryl. She really likes her." And all this time I thought it was an male who was attached to Cheryl. Could they both be attached to her? It was possible. After all, Cheryl has this great energy that kids are attracted to.

"Do you want to go back inside? We can go back up the deck stairs," I suggested.

"Okay, but let's go back in through th basement. I want to see if Matthew drew any thing else on the mirror," Tara said as she got up to go back in. It sounded like a good idea to me!

We walked into the basement and looked at the miiror. Sure enough, there was an addition to the drawing. This time it was to the figure to the left. We were so excited we went to the stairs and called Cheryl and Dave to come down to take a look at the images. They came down with Lexi in tow.

As we were showing them the shoe print, I noticed that there was yet another line. This line looked like an "eye," which would have made the new image in the dust made since Tara and I were outside a face. I pointed it out, and Cheryl immediately saw it -  the image looked like a woman sitting in a rocking chair, with her hands folded in front of her. With the latest line we could see what looked like a bandana tied on her head with the knot in front, and an exaggerated open mouth and nose.

"None of that was there a week ago," Cheryl said. "I look at that mirror every time I come through here with Prince."

After looking at the mirror, we went upstairs and had the lunch Cheryl prepared. When we finished eating I asked Tara to fill Cheryl and Dave in on what she told me. Then Cheryl and I told them our own experiences.

Dave and I did a walk through but he really didn't add anything to what I had already heard from Debbie, Tamela, and Tara. He does have a remarkable ability to detect temperature changes though. Overall, we had a great time with them, and Cheryl got some "kiddo time" in playing with Lexi. We were sorry to see them go, and Cheryl kept saying how much she enjoyed their company.

A couple of hours later Tara called to tell us that she and Lexi were playing when Lexi said she didn't like the "dark man" in our home. "What dark man?" Tara asked her.

"The one near their bedroom."

"What's his name? Did he tell you his name?"

"His name is Micah," Lexi said.

"I thought you guys ought to know," Tara told me.

I thanked her for her call, and wrote down the name Lexi gave. "Seems as though the talent runs in the family," I told Cheryl as I explained why Tara called.

Q: What's the difference between a specialist and a primary care doctor?

A: A primary care doctor treats what you have, and a specialist thinks you have what he/she treats.

Someone was quotetd in the article as saying that doctors should stop acting like they knew everything.  I think that doctors need to know when they are able to treat something and when they need to refer their patient to someone who has more knowledge of the patient's specific problem than they themselves do.  This is basically what a primary care doctor is supposed to do.  Most patients have problems that the primary care physician can treat, but when a patient has a complicated problem, the primary care physician is there to guide their treatment by sending them to see the doctors he or she needs to see.

We sat around in the family room for a while and talked, but neither Cheryl nor I told them what has been happening in our home. Then I asked Tara what her immediate impressions were. She told me that the spirit she felt wasn't hostile - yet. I asked her to do a walk through with me, and I recorded her impressions on a digital recorder. I was impressed, but not surprised, that she picked up the same things that Tamela, another friend of mine who is a psychic (Tara and Tamela haven't met) told me about our house, including a woman who cries in the Teton room, and in our bedroom. She also talked about a couple fighting in a corner of our "office."

At one point she walked by the closet next to the utility room and she said that she heard mumbling, but couldn't understand what was said. When I listened to the recording later, I heard, faintly, "Get out of here." She stood by the window in our dining room and said that she felt a woman there, again, crying. I couldn't help but wonder how much of this she would have said if she knew that the house is, and has only had one owner (Cheryl).

 Later on, I asked Cheryl if she stood at those windows and cried the way Tara talked about the woman doing. "I wasn't here a lot," she told me. Well, there went my theory that they were picking up Cheryl's energy, and not that of a ghost.

I led Tara into the kitchen and when we passed the refrigerator, and were standing halfway between the refrigerator and th pantry, Tara complained of losing her hearing in her right ear. Interestingly, Cheryl often complains to me that when she's standing there she gets a ringing in her ears.

We took a break and then went down into the basement. Immediately upon entering the basement Tara talked about feeling "fear" down there. She said it was fear over and above the sadness and depresson she felt upstairs. As we walked around, she told me that someone was afraid of her, and was doing their best to "hide" from her. Later, as I listened to the recording, I heard what sounded like someone running on the butcher paper Cheryl and I have laid on on the "path" Prince walks to go to the slider!

I asked her to try to make contact with whomever this was and she agreed. We walked past a mirror that is supposedly haunted a second time. "There's something on that mirror," Tara pointed out. I looked and saw something I hadn't seen before, even though I pass that mirror on almost a daily basis. It's what looked like a small boot print or pointed toe shoe! We could even see a heel. It was on the upper right side of the mirror. On the left side was another image that didn't resemble anything but came to a point.  

We went to a corner of the basement where Tara identified the ghost as a child of a girl was hiding. Tara tried to make contact with her but wasn't able to, so I suggested we go outside into the back yard. Checking the timer on the recorder we weren't there but a minute and a half, two minutes tops. As we passed by the mirror for a third time Tara said, "Look, there's more lines. And these are fresh!"

I looked and my mouth dropped. There were (are) a series of little lines making up one long line like a child walked by and ran his or her finger across the mirror! I know for a fact that Lexi was not down in the basement with us. I tried taking pictures of the lines, but wasn't able to, so I had to settle for pictures of Tara pointing them out.

We went outside and Tara claimed that she heard the little girl say, "No, don't go out there!"

"Why not?" she asked.

"Because he's out there," she said she heard as the reply. "The 'bad' man is out here."

I couldn't hear a thing. "It's a girl?" I asked.

"Yes."

"Huh, and all this time, I thought it was a little boy."

"There is," Tara said. "She just told me there's a little boy here too.They both hide from the dark man. I thought it was me she was hiding from at first. I thought she was afraid of me. She's not. She's afriad of you. She's afraid of you. She thought the dark man was you."

"Ask what her name is," I said.

"Okay. "

Because this post is so long already, I'll continue it tomorrow.

Tara did a reading on the skull about 1 1/2 years ago. Because she had done one before, just like April I did everything I could to keep her in the dark about what she was reading this time. When she did the reading before, I had the skull in a black case. I kept the case on the dining room table out in the open to see if she would remember it as holding the skull. If she did, she didn't say anything. The skull wasn't in there anyway.

I put the skull in a cardboard box and kept it out of sight until she agreed to do a psychometry reading. I first asked her to do the reading without opening the box. She told me that she felt a strong female energy, and that she also felt heat. She couldn't tell if it was due to fire, or that this woman lived in a hot area. That was all she got with the box closed. 

I then covered the box with a towel and opened the box, and I asked her to keep her hand just under the towel, because I didn't want her to touch the skull. I didn't tell her it was a skull, I just asked her to tell me what she could get without touching it. She immediately said that the feminine energy was coming through much stronger, as was the "heat." "She dirty," Tara said. "I don't know if it's because she needs a shower, or because she was … I don't know how else to say it … she's dirty, like she's covered with dirt." 

Fire? Covered with dirt? I couldn't help but think about parts of Ruth Ann's story in which she wrote that this person was burned, and then Martha Carrier took his skull and buried it. Of course, she also claimed that this person was a man. 

After that, I asked her if she would like to see what she was reading, and she remembered the skull immediately. Most of what she said afterwards, I dismissed, since I told her the story I was told about the skull, so I couldn't rely on what she said as being "psychically surmised." 

I admitted to her what I'm about to admit now. Since a day or two after the reading done by April, I've suspected that the skull belonged to a woman, and not a man. Tara's reading only served to confirm it for me. I was disappointed that there wasn't any mention of the dark man. I wasn't for long though. 

Tara called me after she got home and was playing with Lexi. "I thought I ought to tell you what Lexi said. She just told me that she didn't like the dark man in your home by your bedroom."

All in all, it's wonderful that we're together now, I can draw strength from that. And I know I'll need it once Tara returns to Rome as doing a show tomorrow will be the last thing on her mind. I noticed Sophie was hiding todays' calendar from me, probably has recordings and jam sessions booked for us. I'll just see how Tara is, before cancelling the whole lot. Ramon is such a sweetie, being there for me now as if he'd planned it this way. To be there when the shit hit the fan, when really this trip was arranged weeks ago already. The girls have school of course! And Tommy had a slight cold, so the nurse's thougth it better for him not to take a big trip over the weekend. I'll see him in a few days when I go to Amsterdam again. It's good that we are going out later today, have dinner and have a few laughs together. They can all sleep over in my new apartment, which is great. Especially Alexandria loved the view over the Spanish Steps. Lilla was all over my great soft couch and asked if she could sleep on it as it should well be much more comfi than her bed. They do bring a little light and life into the whole situation. Ramon, he's just here, silent and warm not asking for anything, just as he always is. Alright, enough, let's go out while Sophie and the club manager can't catch us for more pr business!

După cum s-a plănuit, astăzi, 3 octombrie 2008, a avut loc manifestaţia de protest a societăţii moldoveneşti împotriva proiectului Legii cu privire la prevenirea şi combaterea discriminării. În faţa Parlamentului Republicii Moldova, acolo unde legiutorii ne decid soarta, s-au adunat peste 800 de oameni indignaţi de această (fărăde)lege propusă nouă, poporului, de către Ministerul Justiţiei, în frunte cu Vitalie Pîrlog ministrul. Mesajul participanţilor la protest a fost unul hotărît şi anume: scoaterea necondiţionată a sintagmei înşelătoare „orientare sexuală” din textul legii respective. Acest mesaj demn a fost exprimat de către întreaga adunare de oameni, membri ai diferitor organizaţii obşteşti printre care: Asociaţia Ortodoxă „Fericita Maică Matrona”, care este şi iniţiatoarea acestui eveniment, Asociaţia Studenţilor Creştini Ortodocşi Români (ASCOR), Asociaţia Studenţilor Creştini Ortodocşi din Moldova (ASCOM), Coaliţia Pro-Familia, Acţiunea Civică, precum şi alte organizaţii din capitală şi din întreaga ţară. „LEGEA ANTIDISCRIMINARE = DISCRIMINAREA MAJORITĂŢII”, „DEPUTAŢI AI MOLDOVEI! NU VOTAŢI HOMOSEXUALISMUL!”, „LEGI PENTRU PEDERAŞTI – BLESTEM PENTRU VOTANŢI!”, „NU TOLERĂM EXTREMISMUL SODOMIT!”, „OPRIŢI DICTATURA ANORMALITĂŢII!” – cu aceste şi alte asemenea lozinci a ieşit poporul creştin al Ţării să-şi exprime deschis atitudinea faţă de cele ce se pun la cale acolo dedesubt, sub pămînt, şi se aplică aici – pe pămîntul nostru ortodox de veacuri.

La indignarea poporului a luat seama vicepreşedintele Parlamentului, deputatul Iurie Roşca, care, ascultînd cu luare aminte durerea obştimii adunate, s’a arătat solidar în cuget cu cei prezenţi, făgăduind că va face tot ce poate (în calitatea sa de vicepreşedinte al Parlamentului) ca cererile societăţii normale să fie auzite şi luate în maximă consideraţie. Alături de oameni a fost şi dl deputat Ion Varta, precum şi deputatul neafiliat dna Valentina Cuşnir. Celor trei deputaţi păsători li s-a transmis documentul ce conţine Adresarea din partea poporului către Parlamentul Republicii Moldova. Aceasta a fost şi citită în glas tare de părintele Anatolie (Cibric), parohul Bisericii "Cuvioasa Parascheva" din Chişinău, apoi răspîndită tuturor celor prezenţi. Sfinţia sa a ţinut şi un cuvînt de întărire duhovnicească adresat tuturor celor prezenţi, în care a subliniat esenţa distructivă a acestei legi şi importanţa mărturisirii publice a atitudinii fiecăruia dintre noi împotriva atacurilor făţişe ce nu contenesc să vină la noi în ţară.

Nu doar chişinăuienii şi-au exprimat atitudinea. La manifestaţie au luat parte şi mulţi oameni veniţi de prin ţară: din raioanele Făleşti, Cantemir, Ştefan-Vodă, Călăraşi, Bălţi, Cahul, Comrat, Rîşcani, Teleneşti, Nisporeni, Anenii Noi etc. La eveniment au luat parte atît oameni în vîrstă, cît şi tineri, copii, toţi uniţi întru indignare şi adîncă durere faţă de viitorul Neamului.

Astăzi, în inima capitalei, poporul drept-credincios şi-a mărturisit credinţa în dăinuirea veşnică a valorilor morale proprii neamului omenesc, a luat hotărît atitudine faţă de încercarea de instituire a unei Noi Dictaturi a Anormalităţii, cu complicitatea directă a funcţionarilor vînduţi  (de teapa ministrului justiţiei) şi, desigur, a „creştinilor” absenţi astăzi... Dumnezeu să-i lumineze pe deputaţi, iară pe noi să ne întărească în Credinţă, Dragoste, şi nu în ultimul rînd – Nădejde!

The sad thing then was that our hotel was 45 minutes away, so in our sweaty clothes and make up all over my face we had to take a taxi back to the hotel. A warm bubble bath awaited fortunately as the hotel knows how to treat guests! We're never playing in that blues club again, despite a great show with a wonderful audience. I felt ashamed having to pass them in my stage outfit, not being able to greet the fans but sneaking out the back door like this. Good thing the papperazi did not catch wind of this, that would have made some awesome tabloid rubbish!

When it all goes down, it really goes down...

Then this afternoon, Tara got a terrible phone call during our recording session. She went completely pale as she was on the phone. I could not hear the words, I was playing the parts of the accoustic guitar on the song while she was taking a break just outside. I could see her shrinking on the phone, her eyes growing bigger and then it looked like she was screaming. The studio manager talked to her for half an hour and when she came back in, I knew something was wrong but the music needed to be made. It felt horrible seeing Tara hurt and I did not even know what was going on. By the end of the recording, she told me, tears held back I could tell and I just wanted to hold her and comfort her. But I knew she needed to go to London, so I gave her a quick hug and pushed her out the door before the record manager could stop her leaving. I ended the session with Sophie who stayed behind as Tara's PA went with her.

Sophie got me some coffee as we stared at the sheets of music that still needed to be completed. Just some mixing but I could not get my heart into it, the words were all too true somehow. "Sorry is such a lonely word", I felt lonely and sorry that I could not help her. Bad times never come alone, I do hope it ends here with the bad news and I truly hope that Tara can find comfort in being with her son Leon once again.  I'm glad I have my apartmenet here in Rome, just hiding behind the closed curtains tonight. Though I also miss my family, at least I have my pictures here of Ramon and the children.

I find myself clutching my cell phone ever few minutes to make the call. I want to know how Tara is doing, if she's alright. Tara, I'm going to call you later tonight, I hope you don't mind...it was all so sudden! I'm just going to curl up in my chair with a hot cup of tea now.

Lugaïd promit de s'y conformer, baisa son père trois fois et s'en fut avec les députés de Tara."

Shortly after that Cheryl got up and left to do her nightly routine of getting ready for bed. I could hear her in the walk-in closet picking out the clothes she wanted to wear to work today. After a few minutes it became quiet on the other side of the wall. That's when I heard something different than the usual sounds we hear. 

Prince and I were sitting next to each other on the sofa and I was looking at him because he was looking in the direction of the dining room/living room area. His ears moved forward as though he were listening to something, and he growled very softly for only a moment, then relaxed. "Whatever he saw or heard must be gone," I thought.

That's when I heard the sound of something metallic scraping. I tried to make sense of the sound, but couldn't. "Cheryl?" I called out thinking she must be done and was somewhere close by, but there wasn't an answer. I got up and walked into the bedroom, and looked in the bathroom. Cheryl was brushing her teeth. I knocked on the wall, but like I said earlier, that sound is so common place that Cheryl didn't even pay attention to it, so when she saw me in the mirror, it still startled her. 

"Did you just do something to make a loud sound?" I asked her. 

"No, I just pulled some things out of the medicine cabinet." she told me. She then showed me what she pulled out, a couple of plastic tubes of something she probably puts on her face. "Why?"

"I just heard a loud sound while I was sitting on the couch with Prince. He was looking at or listening to something, and he growled for just a moment, and that's when I heard the sound. Since he didn't react, I thought it might be you." I turned and walked back to the family room. 

When she came back to the couch, I was still trying to figure out how to explain what I heard to her. "It was sounded like something metallic scraping on something. The closest thing I can compare it to is the sound a knife makes when it's being sharpened."

Saying that bothered me a bit. Was one of our "guest" trying to intimidate me with this sound? Or was I being threatened that something dangerous was going to happen? Someone threw a bag of cheese at Cheryl that weighed two and a half pounds. I pictured one of the knives flying through the air at me. 

I put the thought out of my mind, and went back to watching television. Cheryl was in the kitchen making a cake. "Did you move the lawn chair?" she asked as she walked over to the sliding glass door. 

"No, why?"

"The lawn chair has been moved from where it usually is. I thought that you might have been sitting outside today, and moved it is all."

I got up to look at what she was talking about. We have six patio chairs that are on the deck. Three sit against the railing, and three sit against the wall of the house, one on the left of the of the slider, two to the right,  facing the railing. Now the one on the left of the slider was moved and facing right, in front of the slider. 

"I didn't do that… wait… a… minute." I opened the slider. 

"I was just thinking the same thing," Cheryl remarked, as I walked outside onto the deck. I grabbed the chair, and slid it back to where it should have been. Then I slid it back to where it was. It seemed as though it was the same sound I heard earlier. I couldn't be sure though, because when I heard the sound before, the door was closed, but the window was open. Still, it was close enough for "government work."

"That's what I heard," I told Cheryl.

"As soon as you opened the door, I was thinking the same thing," she replied. "That must have been what you heard!" 

These chairs are made of solid metal. They're not light. Whatever moved them used a lot of energy to do so. 

Things were quiet the rest of the night until we went to bed. Suddenly I woke up and was about to go back to sleep when I heard a woman's voice. At least I thought I heard a woman's voice. It sounded like it came from somewhere in the distance. I wondered if it was the same woman who's hand I felt a few days ago. Before I started jumping to conclusions, I asked out loud,  "Cheryl, did you just say something?" 

"Uh huh, I asked you if you heard the banging just a moment ago." I was relieved it was Cheryl I heard, and not some "ghost."

"I think so, but I'm not sure. Maybe that's what woke me up." Then I heard a knocking sound. 

"There is it a again," Cheryl said. We heard three more knocks. 

This time I said, "There it is again." 

"Uh huh." Three more knocks. 

"Wow, it's pretty persistent this time," I said to Cheryl.

"Uh huh." Cheryl's not very talkative this time of the night. Or perhaps she was more afraid than she was letting on.

"Okay, okay, we hear you." This time I was talking to whomever it was that was making the noise. I thought about getting up and trying to determine where the sound was coming from, but then I thought, "What's the point? At least it's not doing it right over our heads." With that thought I started to drift back to sleep; the last thought that crossed me mind was that perhaps I should have asked Tara to come by sooner.
