Undrar om Watanuki kommer få reda på vad han är, hur han kom att bli till, och varför? Kommer han påverkas något av det, hur? Och kommer hans existens att rubba handlingen åt något oväntat håll? Hur blir det med hans minnen? Hans fortsatta existens? Jag får (som så många andra!) lust att läsa om både holic och trc enbart för att leta ledtrådar och hintar som dom gett oss tidigare (men som förstås varit omöjliga att tyda förrän man redan står med facit i hand).

Och nu börjar det väl snart närma sig slutet för både holic och tsubasa? Det gillar jag inte riktigt (jag litar inte på att Clamp fixar ett slut som jag blir nöjd med). Men å andra sidan vill jag ju gärna se X och Gouhou Drug avslutade, och det har ju som bekant ryktats massor om att Clamp SKA ta upp båda serierna igen, men inte förrän holic och trc är avslutade. Hoppas som sagt att det stämmer.

Nu ska jag läsa lite till, sen sova, ska upp som vanligt imorron.

Right, my earlier theory about the connection between Syaoran and Watanuki was somewhat off. They are not only related. They are the same person, the same being, the same existence...with different roles in The Great Master Plan™. Finally, we have an answer of Watanuki’s true identity. So Watanuki was “created” to fill in the gap when Syaoran agreed to sacrifice every relationship he had with the people back in his city and world, which would explain why Yuuko mentioned she has “met” Watanuki before when Syaoran visited her shop the first time. The hint was quite obvious in the way the event was played out. It was like reshooting the same scene in a movie, only changing the actors in that scene. Moreover, it also explained a lot about why we don’t see certain characters in the version of Tsubasa that was introduced to us the first time e.g. why Nadeshiko never appeared and Fujitaka was an archaeologist instead of the King of Clow Country in the initial few chapitres of the Manga. To put it simply, majority of the characters’ roles were changed to comply with the wish Syaoran made to go back in time. That’s another possibly erroneous theory. ^^;

Many question marks cleared but many still left unanswered. My current biggest question -> does that mean CCS Syaoran and Sakura are dead according to Watanuki’s “dream”? I hope it’s a false memory implanted into him by someone. It’s confusing to tell what’s real and what’s fake anymore based on the way things are heading. :s

Here’s wishing for the chances these few revelations will be explored in the upcoming ×××HOLiC and Tsubasa OVAs.

Uwierzycie?! Naprawdę CLAMP zabrał się za nowe TRC! ^^

Sprawdzając nowy rozdział na Manga Fox, swoją drogą stuknął nam 200 chapter, rzuciłam okiem na tematy na forum. Moim zdumieniom nie było końca, kiedy w jednym z nich jakiś użytkownik pytał czy są jakieś wieści o rzekomej nowej serii OVA!

Pierwsze co pomyślałam, to że to jakiś stary temat, ale patrząc na datę szybko rozwiałam moje wątpliwości. Więc co? Prawda, czy nie?

Okazuje się, że jak najbardziej PRAWDA! :)

Google - skarbnica wiedzy oraz kilka innych stron szybko przyniosło odpowiedzi na moje pytania ;)

Cały projekt dotyczy Tsubasy i xxxHOLiC. 4 odcinki OVA będą wypuszczone z limitowaną edycją kolejnych części anime dwóch powyższych tytułów. Po 2 na każdą serię jednak historia wszystkich planowanych epizodów będzie się ze sobą zazębiać.

Niestety nie zostało jeszcze ogłoszone jakie dokładnie wydarzenia zostaną z animowane ;( Oj, jak bardzo bym chciała zobaczyć walki na szachownicy w ruchu, albo przeszłość Fay'a, ale mam wrażenie, że są na to bardzo małe szanse :( To musi być coś, co można bezpośrednio połączyć z Holiciem i jak narazie nie przychodzi mi do głowy co by to mogło być ;) Jest też oczywiście możliwość, że nowa produkcja będzie prequelem do Tsubasa Chronicle: Tokyo Revelations.

Pierwsze OVA będzie dostępne ze specjalną edycją 26 tomu mangi Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE. Data ukazania się przewidywana jest na luty 2009 i jak w przypadku historii z Tokyo będziemy mieć do czynienia z 30 minutowymi odcinkami.

TUTAJ natomiast możecie zerknąć na oficjalną stronę przedsięwzięcia :) Już nie mogę się doczekać! Po słabych seriach TV TRC odzyskało skrzydła poprzez świetne Tokyo Revelations, więc poprzeczka zawieszona jest wysoko. Miejmy nadzieje, że CLAMP podoła zadaniu ^^

Capa bonita e conteúdo... não sei o que dizer, tem informações básicas tais como histórico (que começou por causa de uma doença do tabaco, mosaico), texto sobre  replicação viral, discussão se são seres vivos, seu aparecimento na evolução (com um esquema muito estranho e confuso, na minha opinião), terapia gênica ( não gostei), o maior vírus (Mimivírus), doenças que atacam plantas... enfim, como tinha dito para alguém, considero a Scientific american uma revista só para ter noção sobre um assunto, revisão é melhor em outras revistas...

- Tsubasa - RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE (20 da edição brasileira)

Eles foram parar em "Piffle World" e já sabem como conseguir a pena: ganhar a corrida Dragon fly. Neste mundo, encontram uma pessoa muito parecida com a Princesa Tomoyo, que neste mundo é a C.E.O. da Piffle Princess Company e elegeu Sakura como personagem principal da corrida que ela vai filmar...Spoiler discarado... tem um extra meio estranho (do Mokona)

Trước khi xem xin hãy đọc cái này trước:
Do ép 03 này Potato không thể nào encode nó được (nó cứ bị hỏng liên miên, chứ nếu không đã ra lò từ đầu tuần rồi). Sau khi cố gắng nhiều lần không thành, chỉ còn nước mux nó lại thôi. Làm nó dạng solfsub này thì tiện là dung lượng nó nhỏ và có thể bỏ sub nếu không thích, nhưng oải là những ai có máy yếu có thể không xem được nó, nếu có được thì sẽ có thể gặp trường hợp tiếng và hình cộng chữ sub thường không đồng bộ được do máy xử lí không nổi. Là vậy đó. Vậy nên nếu bạn xem mà bị thiếu đồng bộ thì ráng chạy sang mượn bạn bè hay đi đâu đó tìm máy nào mạnh mạnh hơn tí xem nhé.

Ép 3 này khép lại câu chuyện ở Tokyo. Có điều nó còn gợi lên nhiều câu hỏi hơn là đem lại câu trả lời ha (cho những ai chưa xem manga của nó)

Một chi tiết kết nối với bên Holic là: Đống nước mà Yuuko đưa cho mọi người bên Tokyo chính là nước mà Yuuko bắt Watanuki phải đi lấy trộm trong phần Holic kei (dù phần này trong anime vẫn không có kết nối gì với Tsubasa cả)

Tiết lộ : Syaoran thật chính là con  trai của Sakura-chan và Syaoran trong CCS đó. Thanh kiếm mà nó dùng chính là thanh kiếm do Syaoran truyền lại. Và cái tên Syaoran cũng chưa chắc là tên thật của Syaoran này. (Ai không muốn biết trước chi tiết thì đừng có đọc nhá, nhất là chưa coi manga của nó) <--Điểm thú vị cho những fan của CCS

Một điểm thú vị là những người tham gia thực hiện Tsubasa OVA này có người Việt Nam đó. Khi xem đến cuối phim ngồi chờ một tí khi nó hiện credit chạy lên sẽ thấy khá nhiều tên VN trong đó.

A continuación intentare darle una revisión extensiva a las abismales diferencias que separan las versiones en papel de las animadas, así como también adjuntar uno que otro tip que les pueda resultar de utilidad a los lectores habidos de información.

•Antes que nada me gustaría colgar unos cuantos términos y conceptos que quizás resulten de utilidad durante la estructuración del artículo (todo lo aquí mencionado es de mi autoría plena y debidamente extraído de la sección Freaky-pedia, que pueden encontrar en el extremo derecho de este sitio web):

-Anime (Animé): Animación Japonesa. Generalmente se da como consecuencia de un manga, que al alcanzar cierta popularidad se crea una conversión animada que puede o no ser fiel a la versión impresa, el cual corresponde al molde o eje argumental. También se puede dar en base a una novela visual, ova, película o simplemente ser una historia única y original, aunque estas ultimas son poco frecuentes.

-Manga: Historieta visual en papel. Se puede asociar al concepto de Comic occidental. Se caracteriza por presentar las viñetas de derecha a Izquierda, y por regla general se encuentran compilados en Japón en libros o revistas, serializadas semanalmente (Ej.-Shonen Jump). Sus tópicos mas frecuentes en un comienzo abarcaban primordialmente historias de robots y de jóvenes con súper poderes, pero con el tiempo se dio un paulatino alejamiento de los preceptos originales, introduciendo personajes mejor planteados, psicológicamente hablando, produciendo un notorio quiebre con los protagonistas de antaño que representaban con frecuencia a un valor o un anti-valor, para así denotar la pugna entre el bien y el mal, enfrentados entre si. Actualmente y debido al exponencial crecimiento del género, los tópicos abarcan técnicamente todo lo imaginable.

-Mangaka: Dicese de la persona que dibuja manga. Generalmente publican su trabajo conjunto con los de otros autores en libros o revistas de venta semanal, quincenal, o mensual en Japón (Ej.-Shonen Jump), en donde los mangakas, ya sean nuevos o veteranos, exponen y comercializan sus trabajos, pudiendo estos acceder no solo a una remuneración económica, sino que también a reconocimiento mundial, así como a la correspondiente animación de sus trabajos. No es mangaka la persona que idea el argumento base o la historia original de un manga sin ser su dibujante o creador, aunque la autoría de la obra se comparta.

-Fansub: Grupo de usuarios asociados entre si. Sus atribuciones son amplias y ambiguas. Pueden abarcar tanto el mundo de las series de televisión, como las películas, animaciones, comics, mangas, etc. Incurren por regla general en la labor de traducir, editar, encodear, entre otras funciones igualmente importantes. Es gracias a estos grupos que podemos disfrutar de una gran cantidad de series en su idioma original y en un lapso de tiempo muy inferior al estipulado, genéricamente hablando, para que una serie determinada se emita, si es que en algún momento lo hace, en la televisión, ya sea abierta o privada, aunque a la vez incurren con frecuencia en la violación de los derechos de autor, y sus accionar es generalmente ilícito e ilegal. Su trabajo es, por regla general, gratuito y de libre distribución, aspecto fácilmente apreciable en el lema que caracteriza a estas asociaciones de usuarios: “Por fans y para fans, no vender ni alquilar”.

•Es de conocimiento general que la gran mayoría de los animes que se transmiten actualmente poseen su correspondiente versión en papel, pero lo que no es muy difundido es que resulta muy frecuente encontrar mangas tan diferentes a su contrapartes animadas que pueden incluso ser apreciados como obras distintas. Revisemos algunos ejemplos concretos:

-Full Metal Alchemist es una de las series más populares que existen. No solo goza de una animación soberbia, sino que también la trama es tan sólida y atractiva, el diseño de personajes emblemático, la banda sonora un deleite constante, en fin, faltarían adjetivos calificativos para categorizarla.

Tras los 51 episodios que abarca el anime le sigue una película que le da punto final a la historia (existen unos cuantos ovas interesantes pero que no tienen influencia directa con los acontecimientos acaecidos durante la serie). Como generalmente ocurre en estas instancias, los fans renegaron del final (pese a que ha mi gusto es extraordinario, pero bueno, no soy nadie para contrariar a la gran masa de usuarios que piensan lo contrario), al igual como ha pasado con tantas series legendarias del calibre de Evangelion, Nadesico, Cowboy Bebop, etc. Pero lo que muchos desconocen es que la historia continua, eso si en su versión manga.

Mientras que llegados hasta cierto punto en el anime Edward y Alphonse viajan al norte, a Ishbal, en el manga ocurre exactamente lo contrario. Ambos protagonistas se dirigen hacia el sur en donde encuentran nuevos personajes, distintos enemigos, secuencias que suceden a la inversa a como se dieron en la serie de TV, entre miles de otras menciones en las que mejor no incurro para no dañar a los usuarios que estén interesados en lo que para muchos es uno de los mejores mangas que se puede encontrar en la actualidad.
Pese a que aun continua en publicación (aproximadamente un capitulo extenso por mes), el tan esperado clímax de la historia lentamente comienza a vislumbrarse por lo que no seria raro que en unos cuantos meses mas la serie concluya, aunque como resulta frecuente en el mundo de los mangas, nunca se sabe.

-xxxHolic y Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle son otro buen ejemplo.  Como ya he explicado con anterioridad, la vinculación existente entre ambas obras ni siquiera se menciona en el anime, por lo que los interesados en profundizar en los desvaríos existencialistas de Clamp, o simplemente ser espectador en primera fila del esperadísimo beso entre Sakura y Shaoran del que se hace alusión desde los tiempos de CCS, no tienen mas alternativa que leer los mangas.

•Aunque existan muchos mas ejemplos de esta índole, el grueso de las series se ciñe a las pautas originalmente establecidas por los mangas. La diferencia radica en que, mientras que los animes populares se estancan en fillers o simplemente temporadas de relleno para distanciarse de la versión en papel, el manga continua pulcro e impoluto en su serialización. De este estilo se pueden hacer innumerables menciones:

-Bleach, Naruto y One Piece, tres de los animes mas populares de todos los tiempos, por regla general van una o dos temporadas por detrás de los acontecimientos ocurridos en el manga. De la misma manera Eyeshield 21, D. Gray Man, Detective Conan (que de paso es una de las series más extensas concebidas por el ser humano), Gintama entre tantas otras siguen el mismo estilo en su realización. A excepción de la ultima, cuando estas series comienzan a coincidir en distancia con la versión impresa incurren en temporadas exclusivas del anime (fillers) que en su mayoría no son del agrado de lo fans, ávidos por episodios que se ciñan a los acontecimientos de la historia principal narrada en el manga.

Hasta ahora únicamente he hecho mención de series largas, pero en realidad la gran mayoría de los animes que no sobrepasan los 26 capítulos se estructuran según lo estipulado por esta segunda categoría de conversión, teniendo el manga casi siempre unas cuantas temporadas por delante. Aun así la diferencia más significativa será la que viene a continuación.

•La tercera y ultima forma de conversión de series se da generalmente en animes de limitada extensión (entre 12 y 26 aproximadamente). En este grupo se pueden considerar las animaciones que han concluido abruptamente pero que continúan en el manga.

-Sin duda el ejemplo más emblemático de este conjunto seria Elfen Lied, cuyo final en el anime no dejo indiferente a nadie, pero lo que muchos desconocen es que la historia continúa en el manga de forma magistral.

-Gantz, Rorouni Kenshin, Slam Dunk y Claymore son también ejemplos sobresalientes de series que se ven interrumpidas en su animación para concluir en el mismo sitio donde comenzaron. Aunque haré mención especial a Inuyasha (que hace solo unos cuantos meses atrás finalizo en el manga tras casi 12 años de serialización continua), Hajime No Ippo o simplemente Fighting Spirit (que no solo complementa al anime, sino que ya se acerca peligrosamente a los 900 capítulos, cada uno de estos plagados de increíbles combates e hilarantes secuencias que maravillarán a los que disfrutaron de la serie televisiva) y Hunter X Hunter (cuya bizarrísima pero aun así genial secuela únicamente puede ser apreciada en el manga).

•Concluidos los tipos de conversiones, me enfocare en unos cuantos análisis breves de mangas que aun no han sido animados, y la mayoría posiblemente no lo sea jamás (links de descargas en los comentarios).

-Vagabond de Takehiko Inoue (Slam Dunk): A esta serie ya me he referido con anterioridad, pero nunca esta demás el reiterar lo magnifico que es quizás uno de los mejores mangas de samuráis de todos los tiempos. Las aventuras de Miyamoto Musashi y Sasaki Kojiro siguen cautivando cada día que pasa a más usuarios alrededor del mundo.

-Akumetsu de Yoshiaki Tabata: Es actualmente mi manga preferido. Inmersos en un mundo de corrupción política y económica sin precedentes, Japón se encuentra dominada por burócratas sin escrúpulos que únicamente buscan maximizar su propia felicidad. Pero para eliminar la maldad existente en el ceno de aquella retrograda sociedad llega el asesino serial mas increíble de todo Japón, el psicópata enmascarado, Akumetsu. Este es uno de esos mangas que posiblemente jamás gocen de una conversión animada debido a los insanos niveles de violencia que transmite, pero con la versión en papel basta y sobra. Defiendo la teoría de que es mejor separar manga de anime y no pensarlos como caras de una misma moneda. Se puede hacer un buen manga sin aspirar transmitirlo en la televisión abierta y viceversa.

-Team Medical Dragon de Akira Nagai: El sistema medico japonés se encuentra en decadencia. Intereses económicos y banales priman por sobre la correcta atención a los pacientes. Mientras que este manga busca poner en relieve lo corrupto y negligente de una de las instituciones mas emblemáticas que caracteriza a la nación, nos cuenta las vivencias de Ryutaro Asada, un medico-cirujano de habilidades sobrehumanas, pero cuya incapacidad de distanciarse de los problemas ajenos le ha acarreado miles de inconvenientes.

-Fairy Tail de Hiro Mashima (Rave Master): Uno de los mangas mas populares en la actualidad. Las aventuras de Natsu, Lucy, Gray y Erza gozan de un éxito arrollador, tanto así que muchos ya se atreven a tildarlo como el próximo One Piece (que de paso es el nuevo Dragon Ball, aunque esto ya es una afirmación muy subjetiva). Sorprendentes combates con dinámicas nunca antes vistas abundan en esta obra. Personajes carismáticos, secuencias comiquísimas, giros inesperados, en fin, todo y mas de lo que se le puede pedir a un buen shonen.
La versión anime ya se encuentra a la vuelta de la esquina, e incluso indirectamente el buen Hiro Mashima la ha confirmado. Es cosa de esperar lo inevitable.

-Zetman de Masakazu Katsura (Video Girl Ai, I`s, DNA²): El manga mas violento de Katsura. Según sus propias palabras, esta serie nació debido a su pasión por los comics occidentales, principalmente por la figura del justiciero enmascarado, Batman. Referencias a esta obra se pueden encontrar por doquier en Zetman (incluso el diseño de personajes es muy similar), pero con el tiempo este manga logro adquirir una identidad propia y justificar la lectura gracias a un diseño de personajes soberbios, una sólida línea argumental y porque no, a unas cuantas secuencias medias subidas de tono que a los fans les encantan.

-Bakuman de Tsugumi Ohba y Takeshi Obata : El dúo creador de la afamada Death Note vuelve a la carga. Esta vez nos traen la historia de un joven estudiante de secundaria que anhela con convertirse en el mejor mangaka de Japón, para así contraer matrimonio con una joven a quien le prometió casarse si lograba alcanzar reconocimiento por su trabajo. Nada mas que decir ya que al momento de redactar este articulo el manga únicamente lleva un capitulo, pero lo que si puedo asegurar es que va a ser todo un éxito, garantizado.

-Psyren de Toshiaki Iwashiro: Otra serie relativamente reciente. Poderes paranormales, misteriosos enemigos y una atmósfera que hace recordar mucho a Gantz es la premisa central de la obra. Un entretenido shonen de esos que les encantan a los jóvenes habidos de violencia y circunstancias enigmáticas. Los personajes están bastante bien caracterizados y los dibujos son geniales, nada mas que pedir.

-20th Century Boys de Naoki Urasawa (Monster): Una extraña secta liderada por un carismático líder de nombre “Amigo” paulatinamente comienza a ganar adeptos y se le atribuye una gran cantidad de crímenes. Nuestros protagonistas, al reconocer el emblema que caracteriza a aquel grupo como el que usaban durante su infancia para jugar, se embarcaran en una singular travesía en pos de interponerse a los malignos planes del misterioso Amigo.

Buscando MANGAS en la Web

•Encontrar buenos sitios para descargar mangas no es tan fácil como parece. Mientras que las paginas mas actualizadas generalmente te remitirán a sitios anexos para efectuar la adquisición del archivo, otras simplemente te saturaran de enlaces P2P (torrents y símiles) que no son del agrado de todos.
Lo ideal seria saber diferenciar entre sitios exclusivamente para obtener información y webs de descargas como tal.

-Baka-Update y MangaHelpers son dos de los sitios más actualizados en cuanto a mangas se refiere a nivel global. Los mismos fansubs se publicitan en estas webs para que bajen sus releases, aunque rara vez podrás encontrar una DD decente por aquí.

-MangaTraders, StopTazmoy MangaShare son mis sitios preferidos para descargar manga. Las dos primeras están plagadas de DD`s y es muy raro encontrar series fansufeadas que no hayan pasado por estas paginas.
MangaShare, pese a ser relativamente reciente, es un genial sitio para encontrar tanto descargas como información de vanguardia. Con el tiempo esta Web ira creciendo a pasos agigantados para así gozar de una mayor amplitud de títulos, que actualmente es su única falencia.

Espero que este claro que todos los sitios anteriormente mencionados trabajan con releases en ingles (excepto MangaShare que es una mezcolanza de países). Encontrar mangas en español es harina de otro costal, aunque haré lo posible para mencionar unas cuantas buenas páginas en donde puedan ser descargables.

-Sub-Manga es un sitio muy nuevo que ya esta haciendo furor en la comunidad hispana. Ostenta una gran cantidad de mangas en español en DD así como también posee una interfase sumamente cómoda e intuitiva que diferencia entre series, fansubs y fechas.

-A falta de más paginas especializadas, a los usuarios hispanoamericanos que aun tengan deseos de adquirir mangas en su idioma no les queda otra que adentrarse en foros informativos que abundan en la Internet.
Mcanime y El Rincón del Manga son posiblemente los dos mejores foros para encontrar buenas descargas e información valiosa. Para navegar entre sus paginas no hay trucos ni consejos prácticos, es cosa de acostumbrarse a estos sitios y con el tiempo uno aprende a que sección dirigirse para obtener lo que desea.
Mcanime es mi sitio Web preferido. La sección de noticias es extraordinaria y el orden en los foros facilita bastante la lectura.

Thật ra hai bộ manga xxxHOLIC và Tsubasa Chronicle là hai bộ liên kết chặc chẽ với nhau (dĩ nhiên không nhất thiết phải coi hết cả hai mới hiểu nổi cả hai)

Sơ lược nội dung:

Nhở phép thuật của Fay mà nhóm Syaoran thoát chết và vượt không gian đến một đất nước khác. Fay nhanh chóng nhận thấy họ đã đáp xuống một đất nước điêu tàn nơi chỉ có những tàn tích đỗ nát. Sau khi kiếm được một chỗ lí tưởng để tránh cơn mưa axít bên ngoài, nhóm người họ nhận thấy nơi này không an toàn như họ nghĩ. Tại đây họ đối đầu với một nhóm người gọi họ là những kẻ trộm nước và Syaoran bị trúng tên vào chân. Cũng trong lúc đó, công chúa Sakura vẫn chìm trong giấc ngủ. Trong giấc ngủ của cô, có ai đó vẫn mãi cố đánh thức cô dậy với lí do :"Nếu cô không mau tỉnh giấc, người quan trọng nhất của cô sẽ..."

Chú Thích:

3 OVA này là phần nối tiếp với TVs của Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNICLE được dựng lên từ bộ manga hiện đang rất được yêu thích cùng tên của nhóm Clamp. Đúng như cái tên, 3 OVA này bao trọn phần Tokyo trong manga. Có lẽ đối tượng của nó là cho những fan Tsubasa. Nếu các bạn chưa bao giờ biết đến Tsubasa có lẽ sẽ thấy hơi rối một chút. Nhưng cũng không quá cần thiết phải xem Tvs nó mới nên xem OVA này.

Đối với những ai đã quá quen thuộc với X1999 của Clamp thì khỏi nói cũng nhận thấy rằng phần này bao trọn toàn bộ hệ thống nv trong X1999 và cuộc chiến giữa hai bên Rồng Trời và Rồng Đất (có điều trong này cuộc chiến này không đập nhau đến mức sống chết như trong X1999). Nói chung được nhìn thấy những nv rất X1999 và họ có vẻ thật vui vẻ cũng thấy có chút thú vị.

Tsubasa có một hệ thống nhân vật vô cùng đồ sộ (dĩ nhiên vì Clamp kéo hầu như gần hết con cái họ từ những tác phẩm về trước vào đây) Điểm này là một điểm rất thú vị cho những fan của Clamp.

Nếu bạn chưa biết qua về tp này của Clamp thì khuyến khích các bạn đọc manga của nó hơn là xem mấy phần TVs. TVs không hay gì lắm, và cả nét vẽ cũng không được đẹp (cũng chỉ là ý kiến cá nhân thôi).

-Sakura finally gets exposed to something that actually endangered her life. She actually journeyed alone and found not only the physical pain of journeying and running from lost battles, but also the emotional pain of seeing firsthand how those mysterious feathers of hers are affecting the people in the other dimensions. Let's face it people, she was pretty much a burden during the first few volumes because she's just a magnet for trouble but at least now, she's doing something. And she's doing something now because she CAN.

It's also a bit heart breaking to see someone like her to break like that -when the Syaoran she has been traveling with isn't actually the original "Syaoran". It's hard to see her struggling over what or even who to believe now. She's more confused than ever but at least now, she's much more determined.

I love how even her character has some development. It's a bit rare to see a main character like Sakura get any character development because they just seem to be made perfect.

-The relationship between Fai and Kurogane has improved so much, I can't imagine what would happen if they separate. Kurogane has come to care so much about Fai so much that he was willing to do anything to save him. He was willing to become Fai's "game" to keep him alive. He made a deal with the witch -a person he has never trusted- just to keep Fay breathing. I adore the relationship they have.

And we see now that Fai is breaking down, too. His usual care-free and smile-y attitude is slowly deteriorating. He's showing his weakness only to find that it's those weaknesses that make him stronger -especially with Kurogane always by his side. I'm happy to see that Fai trusts Kurogane to keep him alive. Hitsuzen, indeed.

-Syaoran must be hurting a lot. When I say Syaoran, I mean the original one, because he's the one who's supposed to be Sakura's knight in shining armor but it just wasn't him. Sure he may be back now, but can he fix the damage that has already been inflicted -especially now since there's another Syaoran running wild and bloodthirsty for the feathers through the other dimensions? And how are they supposed to feel comfortable with him when every memory they've had, the original Syaoran only saw through that eye of his?

What I'm worried about him now is what will happen to him and Sakura?

It's a manga series worth collecting. It's one worth waiting for. Don't worry that it's going too long, or some volumes are just getting too boring because now things are shaping up into scenarios when anything can happen. I mean, Syaoran just gorged Fai's eye out. How can you tell me you were expecting that?

The art is still as beautifully consistent as ever.

The plot is wonderful.

The development is simply amazing.

Whoa... Just when I blabbed without thought about the possibility of an OAD, it's odd that it will actually come true. I reckon this will be done in a different fashion than Tokyo Revelations in which the HOLiC OAD is planned to have only two parts - the zenpen (前編)/initial part, and kouhen (後編)/latter part, similar to the Aa! Megami-sama ~Tatakau Tsubasa~ special if you've seen that. This is pure speculation on my side as the info is still very new. Good news may have it, we may even end up with more than 2 episodes. The first volume accompanies Volume 14 of the ×××HOLiC Manga as a limited edition DVD, and will be released on January 16, 2009. The figureheads involved in the project are CLAMP's Ohkawa Nanase (screenplay writer and possibly executive producer for the OAD), Mizushima Tsutomu (×××HOLiC director) and Tada Shunsuke (Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations director); the latter two's roles are unknown but I assume Director Mizushima will be the lead in handling the main directing whilst Director Tada may take up the task of being episode director and storyboard artist. Cast members are the usual group. Animation will be done by Production I.G., hopefully the high budget team.

What I'm curious about is how they're going to approach this OAD. A Manga adaptation like Tokyo Revelations, with most of the Tsubasa references intact? Or a whole new original animation story? It'll be interesting if they took the Tokyo Revelations path by setting aside everything that has happened in the Anime, and went ahead with using some of the older stories that were not featured in the TV series. The crossover with the Dream World arc from Tsubasa could be a good candidate, but that would probably mean redoing the Kohane arc. Or they could use the pure HOLiC only ones, which are kind of limited in numbers. With HOLiC Anime's current situation, it'll be very tough to produce a proper TV series sequel for it since every Tsubasa crossover was left out in the last two seasons, so it may be the best way to continue, and perhaps end the series with an OAD.

We'll have to wait and see. :)

EDIT: Based on the latest news, Tsubasa will be getting an OAD sequel with the zenpen volume released on February 2009 together with Volume 26 of the Manga, a month after HOLiC's zenpen release, which means Director Tada being listed in the staff credits would suggest that he handles the main directing for the Tsubasa side of the story. In other words, the possibility of a crossover and reference between the two series is very high.

She's so cute when she's little

First of all, Asuna FINALLY met with Negi again in chapter 214. But, she's remembering more and more of her memories and mistakes him for Nagi. Again. Ah, i forgot, this is Negima for those of you who don't know.

In the 104th chapter of To-love-ru (yes, there are girls who read that) there's a big twist. But don't worry, there's still no plot whatsoever.

One of the greatest confessions of all time

In Karin chapter 36 (AKA chibi vampire), the long awaited confession is here! And it's every bit of gushy and sweet and dramatic as one can hope for. Anzu also gets a confession from a boy, but she simply brushes it off and just uses the boy as an excuse to follow Karin on her date.

Don't worry, a cute girl like this? She can't hurt a fly..

Onisarashi, one of the mangas for Higurashi no naku koro ni, has finally been translated completely. And having read it, I have to say that the story was simply too sad. Just when you think that everyone will have happiness, something unimaginably bad happens to them and they are torn away from that small shred chance of normal life. However, the story is extremely well written and is to be recommended to anyone who isn't afraid of blood.

Isn't he cute? Who cares if he's filthy rich, deals with crime lords, and made a pack with the devil, he's cute!

In ch.3 of kuroshitsuj, we see more of the butler's bad side, and of course, the main reason for reading this manga, the adorableness of the main character, continues to shine as he is kidnapped by a drug lord.

In the latest chapters of Tsubasa and XXXholic, CLAMP's foreshadowing yet MORE plot twists. Right now it's kind of a calm before the storm, and when they come back from their latest hiatus, we have to be expected to be screwed with giant OMG moments, again.

I like Christina (the blond one) better

In chapters 12 and 13 of Shina Dark, the drama continues to pile on as we see more of Garlet's past and people in the town start to have more and more fights with each other. There's an extremely powerful monster near the town and everyone's going to try and get rid of it. However, the first attack failed. But, Christina finally gets herself together and shows her talent as a strategist. This needs to be turned into an anime, really. Great plot, beautiful art, Anyone should be able to like this series.

DNAngel is here! Finally, the hiatus is over. In volume 12 (the latest chapter is stage 3 chapter 20), we finally find out what Dark and Krad are: an incomplete artwork that had absorbed the souls of its creator and its thief. Risa is trying to help her kidnapper come to terms with his love for another incomplete piece of artwork, who happens to be a young girl, frozen in both time and body. Satoshi reveals that he is dying. I have to say that I sorely missed this series, and that the art is as good as ever!

- Q.E.D 28 => asikkk...akhirnya terbit juga... pas pasan banged sama penerbitan Rocket Man. Oiya, di ni vol malah ada cross over dari manga Katou-sensei yang lain C.M.B, Sakaki Shinra. He's so damn cute!!

- Princess Dog 5 => Buhuuhuhuhuu...ini adalah salah satu kesalahan gw. Gw kira ada shonen-ai nya dikid dikid ternyata si yang gw sangka uke itu langsung tewas dalam satu volume...yahhh...terpaksa tetap ngoleksi laah..udah terlanjur ngebeli T.T

- Nurse Diary 1 => er...kesalahan lagi sih...gw ga suka artwork jadulnya...agak nyesel belinya T.T

- Yayan's Heart => cuman satu volume jadinya dibeli...lapar mata lapar mata....

- Alive 7 => prasaan udah beli minggu kemaren...blum mriksa sih...doh takut kedobel -.-a

Oiya, hari ini juga gw hunting beli duren. Gw bolak balik nyari AlfaMart demi beli duren aja :lol: . Woh...ini gw lagi kekenyangan abis makan duren. Hmmm...ajiiiibbb...

Deidara here, with the best news ever!

I've just started uploading Anime Episodes on YouTube, ranging from Hoshi no Kaabii to Tsubasa Chronicle. These are my first two projects, and once they are complete, I will start uploading FullMetal Alchemist, (perhaps) Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, and etc. So just wait and see!

But Tsubasa : RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE has been too much of a chronicle. I love it, the story is great. But too many confusions. Too many clones and reals. I was baffled enough by the Clone Syaoran and the Real Syaoran. Here comes the Clone Sakura and the Real Sakura. My mind is going to blow. And Fye lost his eye.

Whatever it is, I'll be racking my brains trying to figure out what actually happened. And apparently the Syaoran and Sakura from CCS is some parent to some Real Syaoran and Sakura and Nadeshiko and Fujitaka Kinomoto are something to something. o_O IT'S TOO CONFUSING!

Apparently CLAMP's imagination has gone beyond the abilities of the normal human mind. Anyways, they still rock! And they will always rock! Long live Tsubasa!!!!

くるくるダンス。

One of my all-time favourites since venturing into unescapable world of otakuness. This manga is the work of the queens of the manga industry : CLAMP. This manga has given me the imagination no other fantasy manga has ever given me.  This anime has given me my love for Yuki Kajiura's OSTs. This manga/anime, has introduced me to a very very good pal of mine, Oniichan, and through Oniichan, I have been introduced to my fellow legions of anime lovers in my school.

Yes, after many many feathers, arcs and crossovers, this manga is still going strong. Currently being serialized in Shounen Magazine, published by Kodansha, this was adapted into a 52-episode anime series, consisting over two seasons (animated by Bee Train). There was also an animated film, Gekijōban Tsubasa Kuronikuru Torikago no Kuni no Himegimi. And not to mention soundtracks and drama CDs and a song book. And a few fanbooks and artbooks too. Did I mention about the three-episode Tsubasa : Tokyo Revelations OVA?

So far I have volumes 1,2,6,7,8,13,14, as well as a few Chinese-translatied tankoubons within my reach (in my grandmother's room). Some of them were bought by my aunt (I can't thank you enough!). Now I am trying to get my hands on the original Japanese tankoubons, but I can't seem to get the chance to go and venture into the Store of Kii Province (Kinokuniya, duh!).

I think one factor that makes this series so exciting is the suspense and adventures in it. Plus all the crossovers from other works of CLAMP. The main crossover in Tsubasa : RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE is xxxHOLiC.  Even the animated film was held in conjunction of xxxHOLiC  movie, Gekijōban Horikku Manatsu no Yoru no Yume.

My favourite arc in the Tsubasa manga is the Outo-Edonisu arc. There's really no exact word to describe it. And Seishirou is in it. My favourite character? I'm not sure myself, maybe it's Mokona Modoki. XD

And I hear that the Tsubasa : Tokyo Revelations soundtrack is going to be released soon.

When is this crazyness going to end? (Not that I want it to end, either.)
